 + -1 moreDuring the recent cold our house has lost power a couple of times. A call to Com Ed brought them out in the frigid cold when they diagnosed our outside electric meter as broken and the cable corroded. They explained the replacement work had to be done by a licensed electrician. We found It's Just Electric online and called them. They responded immediately and sent someone to the house to check it out - in the very cold temperatures in the teens. They worked for 4 hours to replace the faulty meter and corroded cable. They adhered to the basic quote they gave for the work and followed through just as they had said they would on the phone. Any company who will come out in these cold temps and work for 4 hours AND solve the problem deserves much credit. That they did it professionally and per their word - PRICELESS. Thank you to It's Just Electric.
