Jim, our salesman, guided us through the process in a knowledgeable and friendly manner. He even came by the day of the install to make sure we were pleased with the work. The workman could not have done a more professional job. The doors look great and my wife is very happy and if she's happy, then let's face it, we're all happy! Very satisfied, job well done.

Gutters were installed and pitched correctly.

The cost for me was the factor in why I didn't get it done. It was just something that I didn't expect. I had gotten a quote a couple years from another company. The cost was quite a bit different. I think that there were doors that he didn't show me. I think he was professional. He was on time. He brought a book with different options. He explained the difference between the doors and the materials. I think he called me back about a month later to see if I was interested. Those things was someone who was really professional. On my end, in comparison I just thought it was a little high, but I didn't use them. I don't know the quality. I just saw pictures. They were professional. I don't think I tried to reach them and couldn't. If I realized that overall, everybody else was the same price, I think I would choose them.

Every time we needed to add or change something, a whole new quote was provided from scratch. Even after asking several times for a breakdown of everything including labor and various options. Salesman was not responsive... took quite a few days to get the quote updated each time. If original request was honored, then an informed decision could be quickly made. Finally, we obtained the cost of parts... the identical door, same brand with the same options, from a local competitor and found that Evergreen was charging an outrageous amount for labor... over $3000 to enlarge the rough opening and installation! No thanks... did not want to work with a company clearly taking advantage.

I had a salesman come out for a quote. I had more questions, so I called back one day and the owner answered. We had a pleasant and very informative conversation. Although I decided not to use this company, I would call them in the future if the need ever arises.

I am very happy with the windows. They worked quickly and a very professional job was done.

They showed up on time. The door hasn't held up very well. The steel isn't very good. I would have expected that much money to last a little better. They were pretty good in responding to me.

They could be more competitive of the pricing. They have good workers. Their pricing was not that competitive. I would use them if the pricing was more flexible.

Every step of the process involved with working with Evergreen Door & Window and replacing our entry door went flawlessly. The showroom is nice and the sales team was excellent to work with. Our sales representative was very professional, thorough, and patient as he helped us with the process of choosing a new entry door. He also came out to the house to view the job and make suggestions. The installation technician was highly skilled, professional, and respectful. His work was perfect and the finished product is outstanding. I highly recommend Evergreen Door & Window for the quality of their staff and products. We also had them replace 19 windows in our house 6 years ago and the results were equally as good.

The service was fine. They came late the day they were supposed to come. It was just one guy that scr*wed everything up. He said he was coming and was on his way and the truck did not start. Another guy came and said he did not know what he was talking about. I was kind of perturbed, but as long as the work was done. You can't blame the whole company because of one guy. The price was almost the same price as I had checked with Home Depot. I don't think any windows are cheap. They all seem like they are very good so far. One of the windows did not work right and the guy putting it in said he did not know why it was doing it. He said he would call the company and have an expert come out. The expert was here at 9:00 in the morning and fixed it. That is fine with me. I just had one problem and it was not that awful. They did not give me any problems. I am just having a little bit done at a time because it is so expensive. When they first came to talk about it I gave them a deposit and then I gave them the rest of the money when they came. I know the door was expensive. The guy even told me I did not need that expensive of a door. I told him I felt like it was more secure because I got a security door.

We hired someone else. In the spring we were going to replace all the windows and siding and for sure Evergreen will not be doing the work.

We were very pleased with Evergreen. They installed new windows in two rooms in our home. They were clean, efficient, and we are very happy with the windows. The entire process from consultation to installation was very easy. Plus, the price was great! I would definitely recommend them.

The service was excellent. However I asked for a specific color of tint on the glass which was a dark gray. They put a light gray tint on the glass of which I am not satisfied. I contacted the company to let them know there is a problem. They told me I will need to live with it or contact another company to change the tint color.

I would just go with them for awnings, but I wouldn't do doors or windows. I think the awnings are their specialty. The salesman didn't return a few calls, and didn't get back to me like I thought he should. They guys that put the awning up was really good.

They did a fabulous job. They were attentive to detail. They were very fast and efficient. They cleaned up their mess before they left and it was great. I would probably use him again this summer.

They were courteous and arrived on time. They explained everything and they were very professional. They cleaned the area up well. They even cut to make the door fit and it fits perfectly.

The door is beautiful, I get a lot of comments on the door. It's a very gorgeous door. The people who installed the door were very nice, they were very competent, they came right in and did the installation. It took them a long time to get the door in. I had to wait a long time to get the door in but the guys who came out and installed it knew their job. They put it in and it looks great.

The service has gone great so far.They have done exact measurements for the doors. The sales person was great and followed up with me after coming out. The staff have been very responsive to my requests. I had the opportunity to speak to the owner over the phone. He was very friendly and approachable. He took a personal approach to my project. They have been easy to get in contact with when I need to.

When the workers were finished; I noticed the gutters were installed in a way different than the salesman specifically told me they would be. So I called the office at least twice and was referred to the man in charge of customer service (not the previously -mentioned salesman). I was told he would call me back, however, I am still waiting. The salesman did make one recommendation to me that I regret not following.

They did a great job. The owner was excellent. It's a family owned business. They were very professional. I brought up about Angie's List; it was like a discount if I was a member. At first, they said that ended, and they brought over the owner. The owner said that it was still on the system and that they were going to give us the discount. The customer service, the workmanship and the guy that installed the door; overall it's a great door and great product. It is expensive, but they did a great job. If I buy any doors or windows, I would probably go with them. Even though they are expensive, we know that they are going to do great quality. The owner was very friendly and a very nice guy. With regard to price, it's a good product.
