They arrived on time on the date arranged. The only problem came up when they took out the old framing without putting down a canvas or some other means of protecting my floor and rug. When I saw it and objected, they cleaned it up pretty carfully, using their vacuum cleaner to get all the dust. After that they put a canvas down and were more careful. Their seems to have been no damage to my hardwood floor nor to the rug. From then on they continued with the main door, after the new one was in place, they inserted the storm door. Since I did not use an aluminum clad main door, it had been nicely painted, as had the framing, by Evergreen. We are very happy with the new, tight fitting door and tight fitting storm door.

Evergreen's salespeople were extremely helpful in my selection of windows and doors, listening to what I wanted and not trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. The "measure guy" was very efficient, and most importantly, determined to be accurate, so that all of my products would fit and operate properly. The installers, even when working in the snow to install the exterior doors and storm doors, were careful to keep their work as clean as possible, not tracking up my hardwood floors or tile. And, they took the time to answer my questions as they worked, regarding product operation, maintenance, etc. I have had many exceptional experiences with Evergreen Door & Window and would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors for their home!

They gave me an estimate and I paid the deposit. I waited a couple of months and heard nothing from them. When I finally called them, they told me they couldn't do the job and refunded the check.

We had a very good experience with this company. I chose them because of recommendations from the list. When I called to arrange for an estimate Bob was very clear about the whole process. He first sent out a man to measure all of our windows. He assigned Stew McDowell as our sales rep. We knew the job was going to be expensive and our thought of how much it would cost was actually accurate. We chose Evergreen's bid because the bid we received to put in replacement windows wasn't that much less. We accepted the bid but we did have to delay a few weeks while we were finalizing financial arrangements. There were no high pressure tactics used at all! The crew showed up on time and did a great job. We have plaster walls so some patching was required. Stew was possibly overconfident about our walls but when you consider the scope of the job and the age of this house it went very well. If he'd warned us about maybe needing quite a bit of patching we would have still done the job. It does seem to me that they really are as careful as they can be when they rip out the old windows. The workers treated our home with respect. They cleaned up at the end of each day. They explained how to tilt the windows in for cleaning. The manhufacturer sent the wrong color screws for some of the handles and that's being taken care of. The crew took the initiative to get this right. I feel we chose the right windows and the right company to install them.

This was a very odd experience. I needed a new front door. Evergreen measured, helped me pick style, stain, hardware for handle, etc. They said our door was a custom job because the door is slightly larger than a typical front door. So it'll take a little longer and cost a little more. Ok, fine. Five months later: no door. Seriously. We had originally been told it would take 3 months. The first time the door came in, they told us the manufacturer got the stain wrong. Back it went. Two months passed. We called Oct. 31, the day after it was supposed to come in. We were told it still wasn't right. We said, just give us back our deposit. Evergreen was very courteous about it and returned our deposit. I'm left scratching my head. How can a company that specializes in doors and works with manufacturers who specialize in doors not be able to deliver a door? One last note: The salesperson came to measure the door and review my style picks several times. I'm not sure why. Seemed like overkill.

I stopped in to check prices for a mishap that happened with my back door. I was greeted by the owner who made my situation feel much better. He set up an appointment for a salesman to come by. Jack Orlando was my rep. He was friendly and professional. His estimate was right on with no surprises. This company did top notch work and was super easy to deal with. I will do business with them again. What is funny about the whole deal is that I have been shopping for windows for about 2 years off and on. Jack was so nice and the company was so good that I had them do the windows and the door all at one time.

They did an excellent job. The sales rep that I worked with was Frank. It took them 6 weeks to get the windows in, but the installation took 1 day. These windows come with a transferable lifetime warranty. They also offer same as cash financing for 12 months. I felt their price was very good compared to the other estimates we got for this work. I would work with them again.

Rick was very helpful and walked me through the process of picking the right windows. Selected another company but would call Evergreen in the future.

I thought the sales person that worked with me listened really well. He was on time, and he told me what I needed to know. Everything happened on the time frame they said it would, and he was very nice to work with. My only complaint is that the workmen had disregard for what was in front of the window and walked on the bed.

It was a great experience. From the moment we walked into the store till the moment the door was installed, we felt comfortable with this company. They came on time for the measurement and the installation, had a reasonable price, and the work was outstanding. The difference this door makes on our home is unbelievable. The only setback was the day of the installation, there was some confusion on what was to be installed and we had to wait a day to have the screen door installed. As I did not need to be home for this installation, this was not a big deal.

Very informative. The salesman was straight forward and knowledgeable. Arrived on time & was able to give me the info and quote on the spot within an hour's time. Estimated cost was $4,500.

The gentlemen came out and did the installation in one day, and did a fabulous job. They were even nice enough to come back out a few months later to show us how to install the storm windows in the doors.

They are expensive but you get what you pay for.

I can say Evergreen Window's people were easy to work with. We had gotten a lot of bids for the work and they had the best price. It was a simple job and then ended up making my life simpler.

They did a great job and I will definitely use them in the future.

Excellent. Jack worked with us to select the right doors and windows for our home, from his range of suppliers. We ordered a custom wood door and Jack was very helpful in getting that done with the supplier. The supplier took a bit longer, than expected to finish the door, but the end product was worth the wait. The Evergreen installation team, was top notch. They matched the existing wood trim in our home and did an excellent job removing the old window/doors and installing the new ones.

Evergreen Door & Window did a fantastic job. Our salesman Jack Orlando was great. Very knowledgable about both doors and windows. He gave us great service. We chose our door - beautful door in honey oak with mission style glass decoration. We also chose a new screen door that is also a classy security door. The installation was great - all done in one day. The installer was on time and very professional. Removed all old door framework all the way to the bare brick and concrete. Completely rebuilt. The door is hung so well we can close it with one finger. Beautiful job. Would definitely hire them again for future jobs.
