They were more expensive than I wanted but they did a good job. The door was off centered but they came back out and fixed it.

Great at following up. Very easy to contact them. Their work was clean. Techs are efficient and it was very professionally done. They come in and took care of business. It was like two new doors appeared. They were perfect.

My wife wanted a security storm door. We called Evergreen Door and Window because they had done work at a family members home. Quick to come out and quote job. We needed a special sized door for our older home. Not an unreasonable amount of time to wait for fabrication. Installation of steel security storm door and aluminum capping went flawlessly.

Overall, everything was excellent. I'm happy with the work they did, the windows he recommended, the cleanup, and the workers who knew what they were doing. He showed me how to flip the the windows in to clean the outside. They were on time, and everything was just great. I'd highly recommend them.

I couldn't be happier in having Evergreen Door and Window perform work at my home. Everyone associated with this business is extremely professional and personable. The workmen performing the installation are exacting in their work and extremely clean, they leave a workspace immaculate. I also greatly appreciate that this business sources its materials from a local door company in the Chicago area. I'm always happy to support local buisnesses and in this instance the quality of material is extremely high. The installation of new doors, with proper inuslation, provided additional comfort and saving during an especially harsh winter. Although the prices may seem high the materials and quality of work performed is well worth the cost.

From the estimate to the install everything was handled on time and with professionalism. Salesman was very knowledgeable about the products. Windows and doors came in within two weeks as indicated by the salesman and installation was done within two days. Installers were very efficient and did a quality job. I am extremely happy with their work and the windows and storm door look great. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for windows and doors.

They cleaned up very well. They were back here when I called them to ask certain questions.

They did a mistake by actually ordering the wrong windows but they fixed it by ordering the right ones. They came back and put them in. I would recommend them and I thought they did a nice job. Their price was fair compared to a couple of other companies.

I live approximately 65 miles from the company. Jack arrived at the house and gave me the estimates that day. The prices are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Several days later I had them order the windows. They sent out there tech to do measurement. He did not have any people skills. He seemed like my questions were annoying him and I was wasting his time. Once the windows were in they contacted me and had immediate installation dates available for me. The installation crew arrived on the scheduled date around 1000a. They worked quickly and with only one break throughout the day. The foreman gave me a quick tour. I know they had a long drive and day. I appreciated they finished the work in one day but I would prefer if they took their time going over everything with me. I felt rushed and this was a big purchase for me. I had several minor issues. The windows look great and appear to be installed correctly (never installed window so they work they way they are suppose to). I have a window seat in the Master Bedroom. I noticed they damaged the drywall on the window seat. They tried to repair it but need two more coats of drywall mud and paint. I also noticed on the exterior below two windows the paint was damaged. I know this damage happens but no one on their crew told me about the damage they just left. On all the casements there are holes on the frame for screws and the manufacture recommends you use the plugs they provide with the windows to plug the holes. None of the plugs were put in. I called Evergreen and advised them about this. They sent a tech out the next week. The same guy that did the measurements came out. He again seemed annoyed he was out here. I explained to him the damage I found and he just made excuses instead of apologizing for his guys. A year later I noticed one of the casement windows had a minor bow at the top. This did not allow the out seal to sit against the frame. I emailed the company and the next day I received a call from the Owner. He told me that they will come out to fix it at no cost to me. They next week the tech came out. A different guy from the last one. He was polite and fixed the window in minutes. Unlike the other guy he didn't seem to be in a hurry to leave. He asked if I had any other problems before me left. It is nice to know that a company stands by their products they sell and install.

It was ok. The representative was willing to give me different estimates on two different sizes and styles of awnings, which I appreiated.

It went well. The installer was done in no time and, later, made an extra trip to deliver an extra remote control.

They did fine, these guys amaze me. They did fine work, I can't find fault with anything. There is a right and wrong way of doing everything and they did all of the caulking properly and made sure everything was square before the screwed it in. They replaced all of the material on the outside of the windows, it just looks great and they did a fine job. They came when they said they would and they did it. They cleaned up after themselves; you couldn't find one old nail laying around anywhere. I had 3 places to go to and they had the same quality windows with a cheaper price. Another company had a sale and their price was still more expensive than this company's prices.

The basement windows were fine but I didn't like the awnings because they didn't have the kind that I wanted. They were good. They did the clean up and insulation. They told me what the warranty was and everything. They were also on time.

I will definitely call Evergreen Door & Window when I get ready to replace the rest of my windows. I am Super Happy with their service.

They turned out well. I liked that they showed up on time, were professional and didn?t leave a mess. The work was done quickly. I have an issue with one window, but in general I am happy with the work.

Call back was prompt. Should be noted that they contract out this service to a subcontractor. There was a problem with the initial work, but after contacting, the contractor came back immediately to repair.

I called to see about getting replacement storm windows for my 5th floor unit. I received a call back from a very friendly fellow who was honest about the fact that they could not do the work on my building because of our proximity to the lake as well as the height of the unit. However, he was nice enough to provide the contact info for a competitor of theirs, and I appreciated his honesty and candor. If my situation changes and I ever need windows in the future, I'll be calling them first.

It went very well. They were a good company to work with; they were timely, punctual, clean, and I was very happy with the entire experience.

Out interaction was great. We had a problem with our locks catching and instead of telling me that I needed my door replaced immediately he gave me some solutions. He suggested putting in a new lock or building up where the plate is. I like the fact that he didn?t push me to buy a door that I cannot afford. They were here within three days to give me an estimate and they are local so I?m familiar with where they are located.

It was a big job, and a lot of money. They came in during the winter. They left the job site pretty dirty with snow on the ground. They left a lot of metal on the ground from the flashing. They didn't wear booties and tracked dirt into my home. The installation went fine at the time. A year and a half later, I can see that the workmanship was just okay. The salesman did a great job selling the project at the time, and now, there are places where the caulking is coming off. As far as the cost, with it being so high, the quality could have been much better.

They are very good. I visited their place of business and I liked what they had when I went in there. We did have some problems with the storm door later on. So they went right to the manufacturer and somebody came out to fix it. Their price was a little high. We had to order for the doors and it took 6 weeks to get everything done. My wife was happy with their work. They dealt with the storm door problem nicely. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I told them that I wanted my windows to look just like they are now - with the real wood frame on the inside around the windows to match the existing wood trim in my bedroom. I did not want plastic white framing as it would look cheap. I told him I wanted the windows matched as close as possible in color. Before they came, they found a stain that matched my wood trim and stained the interior wood trim. When they arrived, they began to completely remove the entire window (which included four windows connected) - everything was torn out until there was nothing there but a gaping square hole. They installed my new windows, with the stained wood frame and it did, in fact, look just like the old ones - but better. The new windows are not wood but some type of fabricated material that looks like wood but does not rot or swell. They even cleaned each window - inside and out to my satisfaction. It only took them about 3 hours total and they were done. They cleaned up behind themselves, taking away the old windows and were very professional and efficient. It has been two years, and I am still very pleased with my windows each time that I look at them. It certainly will add value if I decide to ever sell in the future. It was truly a job well done!

We used them twice because I didn?t want to have to deal with going through a new salesperson; it was easier for me to order another set of windows through them. The original salesperson that came out brought out paperwork about the lead containment act because he was working in a baby?s room. He was not pleased that he had to show me the information and he acted like it was a big hassle but he had to do it by law. I?m serious about things like that but he seemed disinterested. They did a great job installing the windows but we went back and forth about the safety issues and that put me off a little bit. It was fairly expensive and the price jumped by about $1,000 within a year and half. I ordered expensive windows so maybe I?m just being harsh.

They came out and gave us a quote, they were very helpful. We picked out a door and were told it would be 4-6 weeks. Someone came out and measured our door the next day. We actually got the door in in 3 weeks. Ceisy came out and installed it yesterday. He was excellent. He came around 10:30am and worked straight until after 4 with no real lunch break. He did excellent work and even worked around and engaged my 2 year old son who was absolutely enthralled with what he was doing. Can't rave about them enough and we are VERY happy with our new door! Thank you thank you!
