Description of Work: We had new storm doors installed. They removed the very old doors and the framing around them.The job was done exactly the way we wanted and the man even fixed a broken doorbell. I will use them again when we get new windows. The products are very high quality.

Description of Work: Evergreen Door and Window replaced 19 windows and a patio door in our home. They are professional, courteous, and pleasant to deal with. Their team of installers were courteous, hard working and did a great job. We are going to have them replace our front door in the spring.

Description of Work: They (one man) installed a complete Fiberglass front door with frame and a new metal rear door with internal blind that fit into the old frame. I saved money by not changing rear frame, as suggested by salesman, since frame was in excellent condition. It took one day and is absolutely wonderful, just in time for cold weather. Installer did very good quality work, he cleaned up with vacuum and took all old parts, I will use them again possibly for some windows I hope to replace in the future. Installer was

Description of Work: The salesman came to our home. We picked out our windows and doors. He gave us an extremely high estimate, almost double of Thermalcraft. Evergreen Windows would not honor their Angieslist discount that they advertised on Angieslist. Kevin was so obnoxious and determined not to honor their own advertising. Kevin was yelling at the salesman so loud on the phone, I could even here it. Kevin called us liars even when we went to the website and had the coupon printed out. The salesman kept saying I am looking at it and asking Kevin to go to the Angieslist website. Kevin is definitely unhinged. The salesman kept calling everyday. When we told the salesman we were not going to go with Evergreen, he said, "You will call me back when the company you go with screws up."

Description of Work: The sales man came out looked at the current windows, gave me some ideas. Sent an estimate came back out to remeasure. Sent picture of exact windows. I called a few times to check on the windows. They were a week or two late. Installers came to install windows. Installation crew were very nice and cleaned up well. After they left I noticed the wrong color of hardware was installed. I called and spoke with the receptionist who was very helpful and ordered the correct hardware. A gentleman came out to swap out the hardware. He was very rude and disrespectful. I was very nervous to have him in my house. He was at my home for an hour and a half and installed the hardware- an excessive amount of time. He refused to install the shades ( in contract to put back up) and had the incorrect color of screws. He said he had to come back.. I was shocked. He did not know how to install the work he came to do. The experience was awful. It seems they did everything o.k. until they were at fault and they were very diffucult to remedy the situation. I spoke with the salesman and receptionnsit and was told by the salesman that man would not be at my home again. I called the store to confirm the time and the recptionist told me it would be the same man. 45 minutes later I was passed around the office talking to at least 3 different people and wasting my time. I wanted to speak to the owner but no one would allow me to. All in all, quality was good, service very unprofessional. and they never finished or completed the mistake they made. I paid a lot of money to have an incompleted job.

Description of Work: The salesman came to our home at 6pm Friday night, which was great for our schedule. Thank you very much! He was informative, professional and patient answering our questions. We got an estimate for a garage door, garage siding and back door replacement. We ended up using another company who charged 25% less for the garage door. We would have had to wait for someone else to come out and measure the garage for the door and then wait 1-2 weeks for the installation versus the company we went with that installed the garage door the next day. (We may still use Evergreen for the garage siding and the back door replacement which will be determined after further research.)
