I first called for an estimate and then called back a couple of days later to arrange pickup. They were very flexible. The two men who picked my rugs up were punctual and careful when taking the rugs outside. Although I had them all rolled up, I'm sure they would have done that for me. When we saw that the padding underneath the largest rug was stained and decrepit, they said they would bring me a new pad when they delivered the clean rugs. Although I was told it would take 7-10 days to clean the rugs, it only took 5. The owner called and said he noticed several corners had missing threads and were fraying. He offered to fix them all for $75. The rugs were ready a couple of days later, and when I called to set up a delivery time, they were able to come over immediately to fit my time schedule. The same two guys brought the rugs back, put them into place (with the new pad), and even took the time to make sure the nap was in the direction I wanted it. All in all, a very painless experience. Wish I hadn't been putting it off for so long!
