I needed a repair to my refrigerator water dispenser and ice maker. Was pleasantly surprised to be able to get an appointment very quickly, and Robert wore a mask and gloves. Unfortunately, he had to return to the hardware store for supplies TWICE, and this made the relatively fast repair extremely time consuming due to the "new normal". Still, I was NOT charged for all the time he spent traveling and waiting, but only for the home visit and necessary parts. So I would definitely use him again if needed and recommend him to others. An honest reliable business!

Robert did a great job! Very forthcoming and diligent in his tasks. He spent a good amount of time just to make sure that the issue is resolved. Very neat!

We needed to have a newish range installed in a very old kitchen which required adapting the gas pipe. Bob from Ridgeway showed up within 2 hours of our call, took care of everything with no fuss, prepared the bill which we could pay on the spot, and left with the job completed in a most efficient manner. We are glad to know them, as we have had wide ranging experiences with plumbers.

Bob and his assistant came in on time and performed the work according to the agreed upon scope and price. It definitely took them a bit longer than they expected to install the hood and cut the hole in the wall due to some electrical wiring placement, but I appreciated the attention to detail and the sense that they were focused on doing it right rather than rush the job. Would 100% recommend Bob and his company to anyone else.

This was a great experience. He was very professional, timely, and offered great communication. He easily could have oversold me on what was needed, but found a solution that was cost effective and minimally invasive. Highly recommend Ridgeway.

My washer had 2 issues: 1, it banged a lot; and 2, not all water was draining out. Ridgeway fixed No. 1, but could not diagnose or fix No. 2. The Ridgeway technician was a good guy though, very nice.

Robert was very methodical in diagnosing the problem and kept me abreast of what he was doing and finding along the way. Making sure I was aware of options that would not really be cost efficient.

I hired Ridgeway Construction to reconstruct drawers to accommodate a new dishwasher and install the appliance. Robert came up with a creative design and my kitchen feels new and improved. Thanks again!

I am very unsatisfied. I contacted this company to repair a washing machine. I was told someone would come out and diagnose the problem and then there would be another visit for the repair. I paid the fee for the repair man to come out, and he spent 3 hours in the basement which concerned the landlord. He told me it could be 2 very different problems and was told he would reach out to me. I ended up calling him several days later, and he told me that he did not know what the problem was, and he needed to come out for another visit. I thought it odd after 3 hours he could not diagnose the problem. I told him I needed the problem fixed asap and needed someone who could confidently diagnose and fix the problem right away. After getting homeadvisor involved they agreed to refund me for the initial visit. However, the check never came and it has been over 1 month. I have called them and wrote them several times, and they are ignoring me. I feel this to be a dishonest business.

They came promptly, analyzed the problem and fixed it. All at a reasonable price.
