I worked with Ridgeway to repair my dishwasher and washer in October of 2020 and I was satisfied with the repair until the dishwasher recently broke again with the same issue Robert had repair and acquired a new part for earlier. After contacting Mary, she was incredibly slow to respond and then ignored my emails as well as my tenants entirely after they failed to contact the tenant before showing up onsite despite being given the contact information. Overall, an unorganized and unreliable company; dont plan on doing business with them long-term as clearly there is no warranty on the parts or labor they supply.

I got stiffed. Even tipped the guy well. He had to come out a second time because the issue hadn't been solved first time around. I went to open it up to use after second visit and the washer component broke off and I coukdnt get to top shelf open. Called. Texted and sent photos with no reply.

Great work and customer service

Ridgeway did a great job! Unfortunately, we were disappointed by the repair person reluctance to put on a mask. After I spoke to someone in the office who scheduled the appointment about our expectation for this, Robert still appeared without wearing a mask. When asked to put one, on he was reluctant to do so and complained about it interfering with his breathing. While he did a good job, I am disappointed that he caused additional stress and worry. All repair people should be wearing masks upon entry without request or complaints.

Repair person did a good job. It was warranty work so hard to speak to value of the repair. Mary that arranged appointments and handled parts was fantastic.

Most unprepared repair. Tells me what disposal to buy bring it back to install and later says it has a plug and he will need to install an outlet to accommodate it. Goes to Home Depot to get the outlet but never realizes to take the disposal I bought and exchange it for one without a plug. installs the disposal and outlet.then later with a straight face says you would not mind paying an extra $25 for my outlet. With a straight face, I said sure. As he is leaving he mutters he made a small mess. What I did not realize he left it on my kitchen floor for me to clean. He mumbled something about the dirty disposal he took out. I did not see it in my kitchen but 2 hours found them outside my front door for me to throw out.what repairman would assume that cleaning his mess and disposing of materials is the customer responsibility?! When I called his office a woman said that this had never happened before and after hearing my story she said she discuss it and they would get back to me. I have never heard one apology from him.let this be a fair warning! the money he can keep but still need to report him list who recommended him more Ridgeway or Angie! Oh, I have pictures to go with.
