Great job and very satisfied. Our washing machine broke right before we were leaving town for our daughterâ s graduation- all of our clothes were dirty. The worked until 8pm to get it done. Plus they fixed a fuse instead of the whole circuit board which saved time and money. Highly recommended.

could not fix our appliance. Said the part was not compatible; so why come back with the wrong bits. I appreciate the effort but service wasnt the best. The guy seemed competent but admitted that hed been sent back out with the wrong part. Felt embarrassed by this. Definitely not going with this one next time. . At the end of the day I felt like I had spent the initial amount just to be told that there was nothing to be done. I believe that I would have been better off if I had just forgotten about the idea of repairing the device and just gone with outright replacement. If I sound sore about the whole incident to be honest I am. My frustration is probably more directed at the dysfunctional elements of the machine itself and not the man but still. He took the time to ask some uncomfortable personal questions of my wife and this made me very upset. Definite pass.

Overall a very good experience. The technician came the next day which was a huge help. A part needed to be ordered and it was fixed in a week. Thank you!

They called immediately after I requested a quote to check on my gas dryer and set up an appointment for the next day. The work was done quickly. It was a bit more expensive than I was expecting. The first visit did not actually fix the dryer, but upon calling, Robert came back out free of charge and reinspected the dryer, found the issue and we only had to pay for parts.

We are very grateful and satisfied with the immediate call back. My wife is a work-at-home personal chef and she needed our gas range to be repaired immediately. Ridgeway had the part, unlike two other places that did not have the part. It would have been a two or three week wait !! Thanks Ridgeway ! We are keeping your number handy should the need arise.

I HIGHLY recommend Mary and Bob for their professional work, problem solving, and communication. They were committed to getting it right. They measured , selected, ordered and installed new kitchen appliances in my late sister's Chicago condo. I live out of state. The supply chain shortage for refrigerators 24 " wide challenged us for months. Mary kept researching and phone calling Home Depot, Whirlpool and other suppliers to make it happen. She and Bob even searched out a refurbished refrigerator on Craigs List so that we have something for our buyers. Just days before closing Home Depot delivered. Bob installed it and made sure all the appliances were ready. He made many repairs in the condo too. If I ever needed help in Chicago again, I would call Mary and Bob immediately.
