Terrible Ordered new part can t figure out how to put it in refrigerator Been out 3 times Paid over $400 Nothing is fixed Coming back Tuesday to try for fourth time Worst experience He broke another part too and has to fix it!

Robert was great. He contacted me soon after I submitted the request, asked good questions to understand the issue, showed up when he said he would and with the right parts to complete the job, fixed my washing machine problem the same day I submitted the request and for a reasonable price.

Robert was able to reinstall the water line to an older refrigerator and added an external filter as well. It was easy to schedule an appointment and to communicate with him. His fee was very fair and he even returned to check the ice maker with no extra charge. Would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

I recently installed new kitchen cabinets and needed someone for a fairly complicated microwave and dishwasher install and Rob handled it like a pro. He gave advice on several other matters and is clearly experienced. Also, a very nice person!
