Great customer service, i called Mr. Electric and had a electrician And a service manager at my house in less than an hour. The quality of work is great, but i did feel like the price was estimated in a rush and was pretty steep. But overall i was very satisfied.

Quoted me $295 for work then at last minute asked for $395.

They were prompt and professional. Got the job done and also said they will come back and fix any issues (if they are any) in the future.

He worked to find an alternate to fix my problem since the original part was no longer available

The original quote was $450 to replace two ballasts and replace a light switch panel, including parts. I ended up providing the two ballasts, which he had quoted me as $40 or $50 each, although I purchased them for $15 each. The work took an hour and a half and then he said the total was $550!!! I reminded him the original quote was $450 and that I had provided the ballasts. I ended up paying the $450 but I feel like that was way too high to begin with and then should have been $80 - $100 less because he didn't have to purchase those materials that were in the original quote. The work was good and timely but I feel like I paid too much.

One guy quoted us almost 3x what Mr.Electric did - he was thorough before he quoted, and got the job done right - a chandelier installation - RECOMMENDED.

They did a good job but can probably use a little more communication and timing. Gave too big of a time window and price a little high

All five stars; system would not go to five

The electrician who showed up arrived 1.5 hours before expected. He was difficult to understand, and did not appear to know what he was doing. He had to repeatedly call his boss to ask for direction. A total waste of time and $99.00 diagnostic fee!

$250 base charge is obscene for a five minute fix.

Tony from Mr Electric was efficient and professional. He did wonderful work. I would recommend Mr. Electric to anyone looking to have electrical work done in their home.

Make sure they cash your check in a timely manner. They didn't cash mine until almost 6 months down the road. It caused me untold problems; I am not a big time corporation with unlimited funds.
