MERRY MAIDS

I did not have a good experience with Merry Maids. I used them for housecleaning for about two years and they would come every other week. We had an issue with the time that they were to clean the home, they were to come home first thing in the morning and they would sometimes be there at lunch or evening hours. The timeliness did not exist even after contacting the company on two sperate occasions. Towards the end the job performance was poor. I did not feel like I ever came home to an overly clean house, at least one or two items were always overlooked. Very rarely did the same two people come to the house. I no longer use this company but would consider it again if the local management structure would change and reviews of the company would improve.

Their job wasn?t just the standard. Their price was moderate. We won?t use them again in the future.

They were quickly responsive, but their estimate was quite a bit higher than others I spoke to.

They are very friendly to our entire family. They are even patient with our children.

They were really good. They came into my house, and they worked pretty fine around my home. They were very efficient and they were also very fast. I would hire them again. It is all good.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT IT WAS WAY OVERPRICED. I WOULD NOT HIRE THEM AGAIN. IT MIGHT BE WORTH IT IF YOU WERE TO BUY A PACKAGE (BI-WEEKLY CLEANINGS, FOR EXAMPLE,) BUT THE ONE-TIME CLEANING IS NOT WORTH THE COST, IN MY OPINION.

THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE AND THEY WERE HERE FOR 3 HOURS AND THE ONLY THINGS THEY DID WERE BATHROOMS AND KITCHEN CUPBOARDS. THE LITTLE TEENY BIT THEY DID LOOKED WORSE THAN IT DID BEFORE THEY CAME. A SUPERVISOR CAME WITH THEM AND ASSURED ME THAT THEY SPOKE ENGLISH AND THEY DIDN'T! THEY COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND ME. I ASKED ONE OF THEM TO TAKE EVERYTHING OUT OF THE SILVERWARE DRAWER, AND CLEAN THE TRAY AND PUT EVERYTHING BACK IN. HE DID TAKE IT ALL OUT, BUT WHEN HE PUT IT BACK IN, HE PRETTY MUCH JUST DUMPED ALL THE SILVERWARE BACK IN THERE. IT WAS SO JUMBLED AND IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO GET IT SORTED OUT. ALSO, I HAD TO KEEP TAKING THE RAG OUT OF HIS HAND TO RINSE IT BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T. THE OTHER ONE TOOK 3 HOURS TO CLEAN 2 FULL BATHS, AND A POWDER ROOM AND IT WASN'T EVEN DONE THAT WELL. I WOULD NEVER, EVER USE THEM AGAIN! IT WAS SUCH A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ENDED UP STAYING UP MOST THE NIGHT TO GET EVERYTHING DONE!
