It was okay.

The service was great. I really liked the gentleman and we did the Deal. We are going to use him next year for some services when it gets to spring time again. The Big Deal was all I needed. I thought he was very professional and knowledgeable. He is like an organic guy. So, he says that it would take a while, but he tells us the type of things he uses that should help. It might take a little longer. It might be a little expensive. I thought he was just really good at laying out options for us if we wanted to kind of stay in the more natural area and what it would take. He was just really upfront about it. We will certainly know more next year, but it was a very good initial session with him.

Once scheduled lawn was well fertilized, the analysis was useful and professionally performed

Arrived exactly as previously stated. Left me with sheet listing the materials used. Total time start to finish was 15 minutes.

This is the first year I've done business with Logic Lawn Care. ?They are providing weekly lawn maintenance services and they have done considerable additional work including spring clean up and seeding. ?We had to have a very large old tree removed and they have spread the mulch, hauled some away, re-seeded, fertilized, etc. ?The price was fair, they know their business and are very professional. ?My yard looks better and I feel very good that their approach is environmentally friendly.

I appreciated their honesty about my lawn. They didn't try to sell me a service I didn't need. Landscape designer was excellent. We decided to wait on our garden redo and do our bathroom first.

Very polite. Prompt. Steve did all that I asked him to do. Got discount for using Angie's List, and his prices were a little lower than other companies I got quotes from. Would be happy to use again.

1. Did a one time mow of lawn I let get too long. 2. Filled in a sunken area of the yard with their organic garden mix & put in pavers I already had. 3. ?Cut out an area in the back for hollyhocks and put in my vintage edger. 4. ?Cleared another area in the yard for more flowers. 5. ?I have a lot of grass in the alley behind my fence that I don't want to have to deal with so Steve suggested using roundup to get rid of what is there and put in native plugs that will look nice and lessen my work. You don't need to watch the staff work which I've had to do with other companies. ?They do what you request, do it well and fast. ?Very nice work. Steve is really good at listening to what you like and gives suggestions that you personally will like. ?He doesn't push anything on you but gives suggestions. ? ?I want my seating area to have pea gravel but I'm not sure where in the yard I'd like it. ?Steve suggested I move furniture around to see what I like and then sketch it out first so it's the appropriate size for me. ?No sense in making it too small and not be happy with it. ?Again, suggestions but doesn't tell you what to do. ?Very nice and thoughtful which is appreciated. You will love working with Betsy and Steve - honest, caring, fair.

We've used Logic for over 2 years now. Steve, Betsy, and all their team have been great to work with. They are responsive and thoughtful, and very happy to collaborate with us in all our organic lawn care needs. They have also helped with landscaping and hardscaping to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Steve and Betsy and crew are so nice and helpful, and always responsive. I have been interested in organic treatments and low-pesticide weed control, and they are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain new products and treatments that they've learned about. Plus, they have gotten involved in donating some time and services for a local garden and golf course, and I really appreciate that they do that. I highly recommend Logic!

Do excellent job--best yard service we've had.

My experience overall went well. I do not feel like they leveled the lawn well enough. However, staff was friendly and professional. The pricing was reasonable. I would recommend this company others.

Hired Logic Lawn Care for the season because the previous contractor, though they did competent thorough work, was escalating prices significantly. Logic was willing to negotiate some elements of the cost and are competitive. They did a careful job with the Spring clean up and flower bed work, cleaned up nicely and did not damage any of the perennials, trees or shrubs. So far so good.

I was very pleased with the green approach and lovely results. The lawn looked great most of the year, and the one time that we began to be overrun with trim shrub they did spray with a traditional weed control only one time which took care of the problem. The fee for the general service was clearly laid out in the beginning of the summer and was very detailed so that I always understood what services were included and which would be additional should I choose to select those. Steve Neumann provided input on the additional landscape services and ways to enhance the health and appearance of the flora on our property. After agreeing to two of the projects he performed the work and stuck to the original estimate provided in advance of the work. He also was happy to provide the suggestion to and quot;do nothingand quot; and let some of the stunted evergreen bushes grow out a little to achieve a more natural look. The crew obviously took care to leave the property neat and clean, and they even took in our garbage cans from the curb as part of cleaning up the property instead of just moving them somewhere (they came on our regular garbage day).

Called approximately 10 times over the last 2 months. Never once did someone answer; always went to voice-mail. Emails were either never returned or if they were, they were weeks later. I finally got a chance to talk to Steve who said he was going to call me in 3 days to set up a time to come out and view the yard with me. That was 3 weeks ago. I left a follow up voice-mail that was never returned. No one answers the phone or responds to voice-mails or emails. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I have a feeling this operation is somewhat of a scam. Beware. There is a reason they have an unacceptably high proportion of F ratings.

Called on 6/8/11, spoke to Steve who promised to email an estimate within 2 days. I called again to remind and leave my phone number again - still no estimate 10 days later.

They are happy to see me, and they do answer my questions. They always remember to lock the gate when they leave. I really appreciate that as not a lot of people do that. I pay them monthly. They are expensive, but I think they are worth it. They call me and inform me before coming out.

we won a free lawn service from clean air, so i don't know what they charge....but they called me to make the appointment and asked what i would like done. we don't really have much of a lawn, so i just asked them to clean up the leaves and fix up our neighbor's lawn also (since the house was in foreclosure and the lawn looked bad!). i was surprised how nice everything looked when it was done! i would hire them, if i don't have time to clean up our lawn....especially since they don't use chemicals and gas=powered mowers!!

Great! Steve and team are friendly, helpful, fair, responsive. I highly recommend.

Mr. Neuman promptly came out and promptly sent an estimate. His workers now arrive on the specified day, unless it's raining. They are friendly and professional and seem to actually enjoy their work. Also, this company is less expensive than their rival. I'm happy.

They are a newer company, and are all-organic and environment-friendly. We were one of their first customers, and they have been wonderful. They come out weekly. We just pay a flat amount of about $259 a month. This includes their special services - they average the price out. They use solar-power, and no weed-killer or anything that is harmful to pets or children. They are very professional and timely, and communicate constantly what they are doing. They are always available - they take the time to answer your questions by phone or by email, and this is really important, especially with a new service and because it is organic. There are things that come up that are different than with typical lawn care. In typical lawn care, they spray pesticides to kill the weeds while in organic, that’s not the case, and your weed control is different. They are very innovative too. They started a mulching program - composting mulch - with us this year. I can’t say enough good things about them. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
