Description of Work: Sold wireless security system. Monitoring fee is $34.95 a month. Smartphone texts and emails when security system is communicated with. Do-It-Yourself installation of equipment was simple. Activation was easy. So far, we are extremely pleased.

Description of Work: I ordered an alarm system from Safemart. I was required to install it myself. I had customer service on the phone more than once and their help was invaluable. They gave clear directions and helped me with anything that was causing me a problem.

Description of Work: Safe Mart walked me through the steps of purchasing an online system. When the system arrived it took me about 30 minutes to self install and another 30 minutes on the phone. I only had to enter into a one year contract which others wanted 36 months. It cost me about $900 for the equipment plus the one year contract. Everything is working well. The only ok feature is the online app. It is very slow to respond and interact with the system. It does work just lots of waiting time 4-6 minues and have to sign on several times.

Description of Work: Fair Price. If you have trouble installing anything, you should call them during business hours and get help.

Description of Work: This company is extreme in their service and management, they are professionals, no details missed. Personnel pointed me in the right direction for modifying my exsting system for a new alarm panel. Pricing was GREAT. Materials shipped promptly. They were thorough in evaluating my existing equipment, making sure it would mesh with the new system and held my hand during the install. The equipment was only $200 but the additional features were equal to a $1500 system. And $1500 is what I was quoted by three of my local alarm companies!!!! This company is exceptional. This company is how service companies should be managed! Thanks for such a wonderful experience.

Description of Work: Had door sensors, fire alarm, siren and a complete year of moitoring for around $560. I particularly like the base station and its features. I also have it wireless so any phone interruption is not a problem.
