I am not kidding when I said I left apple crying after being quoted $500 on a repair and a 10 day wait time. Lapin systems fixed the issue on the spot, in fifteen minutes, for a fifth of the price. Amazing service!

I'm a longtime Apple guy and I think the support you get from the genius bar is great, although certainly less convenient than it used to be. That said, I will never go to an Apple store again because Pete and Lapin are more knowledgeable than anyone I've ever had at a genius bar, and waaay more available and helpful. Why would I not support a local, small business where I get better help and better advice? I only regret not realizing this before and making my life a lot simpler, a lot sooner. The ironic part is I was sent to Lapin by Apple because they were no longer servicing my 2015 laptop. But now I'm going to Lapin no matter what year my device is. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Description of Work: Repaired computer which had faulty internet connection. They found the cause was auto Microsoft update almost immediately. Jon Dodson reverted the computer to earlier vision of Microsoft and then re-installed to the newer version which solved the problem.
