+ -1 moreI first used her services to help sell my home. She was very helpful. I tried to contact her for services when I was renting out the home to tenants. She wasn’t quite as responsive as getting back with me as she was before. I ended up dealing with the issue on my own.
Description of Work: I used her services for home selling and rentals.

+ -1 moreShe was very responsive to our needs and questions. She always communicated when she would be out of time and provided a back up to help us.
Description of Work: Judy listed and helped with ideas to prepare house to sell. She recommended someone who helped with organizing and packing up rooms to help with showings. She was very patient in spite of the difficult market. We had more showings then any other house we have sold in the past. There was alot of traffic for the showings but no offers after 9 months on the market she helped us rent the house. She provided statistics to help give us guidelines for pricing. She worked very hard for us for very little $.

Her knowledge of the area is second to none, her enthusiasm and passion is unparalleled, and we consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have found Judy when moving into Chicagoland.
Description of Work: We moved to Glenview from Chicago, and had 1 weekend to find a house as my wife was 7 months pregnant. Judy did a tremendous job on leg work prior to our weekend in Chicago and we were able to find the house of our dreams. This is the third experience we've had with Realtors thus far in home purchasing, and Judy far and away was the ideal Realtor. We'd do business again with Judy in a heartbeat.
