Description of Work: We used them several times over the last 7 years and they were fantastic. However, in the last few months they must have hired new employees who are rude and condescending. On separate occasions, my husband and I contacted Johnson to replace/repair locks in our home. Each time the person who either answered the phone or returned the call was rude; talking to us like we were ignorant and/or suggesting that we didn't know "how to open a lock." We inserted the key and the door would not open -simple. We don't understand why they were reluctant to come out on a job, but they don't have to worry because we went elsewhere. It's sad because we always try to support local businesses.
