+ -1 moreOverall it was the easiest move I have ever made. Their personalities were calming and extremely efficient, leaving me with no stress at all. They gave me great confidence that all would go well, and it did. hey left me in my new home with the bed made and the cabinets filled, and I feel 20 years younger without all of the clutter and confusion of my home I had left of 40 years. In my kitchen Susan put everything into the cabinets so that I could reach them and they were now accessible in my new home. I hadn't used some of these things in years because they were out of reach or behind other things.
Description of Work: Susan and her partner helped me in the entire moving process, as I am a 78 year old senior with many years of treasures to go through. They helped me sort and pack all of my things, some were given to my children, some to donation, and some came with me. They also sorted and filed all of my paperwork that I had accumulated for many years. They discarded the non essentials and shredded them, which gave me great peace of mind. Then they moved me into my new place and unpacked everything and set it up so that I could start my new life. My family convinced me that this was a good move, even though I thought I couldn't do it in a small amount of time, but I did have to make my decision quickly in order to purchase my new condo. With the aid of Home Transitions, I was able to meet the deadlines and all was done in a timely fashion.
