Work was completed expediently. Written estimate was supplied whereas a competitor didn't want to give me one. Very happy with finished product and would highly recommend.

Very professional, responded quickly to my emergency need to repair large fence panels blown done in a wind storm including removal of concrete, cost was fair and reasonable for the job. I will not hesitate to use this company in the future.

Hired Lucky to repair/replace interior doors. Lucky was very considerate and flexible to my situation. I had a prior contractor walk off the job, due to a disagreement with his partner, right before thanksgiving having only completed barely half the job and at an extremely poor quality. Lucky sent Mike who was able to save and restore my current doors. Mike was extremely hardworking and was able to finish the job earlier than the original quoted time frame. Will be using Lucky again to finish and fix the prior terrible contractors work, ie painting/minor repairs.

I hired Lucky Gorman to assess an exterior door between our outdoor balcony and hallway. The original builder did not install and seal correctly and water was getting into the unit as a result. Lucky and his associate Christian were knowledgeable and responsive. They sourced a new door and also replaced the wood trim and baseboard that had water damage. The quality of the work was great and I would hire them again .

I needed an exterior door and storm door replaced because it’s was never originally installed correctly. Also a bathroom pocket door repaired. Lucky and his carpenter Christian evaluated the project correctly and quickly got to work. Christian is highly skilled, worked efficiently and left us feeling very comfortable working in our home. I will us Gorman again for future projects and recommend.

Lucky was very prompt in his response to my request for an estimate. He came out the same day and sent Michael out the very next day to complete the work requested. Michael was very professional and performed excellent work. I would gladly recommend and use them in the future.

Would not re-hire the company. The project took weeks when it should have taken days. Consistent problems getting materials and workers. The company did not complete the project. When I told the owner he would not get a 5-star rating, he ghosted me and left the project unfinished.

Gorman Restoration is not cheap. Start from there. They will not cut corners, nor will they ignore problems. (Be prepared for a phone call that starts with "We need you to take a look at something." That's never good news.) I hired them to replace my front steps; they discovered significant water damage with structural considerations. It's all been repaired and I've got a great looking set of steps that fit in with the styles on the block.

Working with Gorman Restoration was an absolute pleasure. They tore down and removed some old wood steps leading out from my house to my back yard and replaced them with beautiful new steps and small deck. Honestly, the steps turned out better than I imagined. Lucky reached out to me the day I posted for this project on Angi. He and Christian stopped by my house multiple times to discuss the project before starting, just to make sure what they were proposing was what I wanted. Lucky's leadership, professionalism, and communication is top-notch. Christian's carpentry skills are amazing. He also communicated with me every step of the way to make sure the project was proceeding the way I expected. I cannot recommend Gorman Restoration highly enough. Thank you for everything.

It was the weirdest and worst experience we have ever had with a contractor. Finished 50% of the job and never showed up again. Avoid, hire someone else.

I don't know about pricing but it seemed comparable to others we had looked into. Their response time was excellent. Mr. Gorman is a pleasure, and very personable - and funny - something we appreciate. And Christian was exemplary - I would give him more than 5 stars if possible. He went above and beyond to not only replace the flooring, but to shore up the failing infrastructure as well, and finished with impeccably cut and placed linoleum. I would highly recommend this company, and will not hesitate to use them again.
