Very friendly and communicative, on what the project would entail. The work was done on-time and the quality was great. Unfortunately, I can't give a 5 star review as the project went over budget,

Mr. Gorman called me within 10 minutes of me calling HomeAdvisor.com. 2 days later he came over to fix the sliding door rollers. He had all the parts and finished the project in less then an hour. I highly recommend him and will use his services in the future.

This was by far one of the worst businesses I've ever encountered. Trying to get one cabinet fixed. Gorman himself came out, had a man take the hinges off the cabinet for shopping comparison, was paid $50.00 in advance and virtually disappeared from then on. Called a number of times, at one point scheduled the repair but never showed up due to "bad traffic". From that point I gave up. Always says I was going to call you or I'll call you right back. Customer service and just basically keeping you up on what's happening does not exist.

I hired Lucky to rebuild a drawer. A pretty straightforward repair that has been provided in the past by another company. The initial visit was smooth but went straight downhill after that. After being quoted a turnaround time of 1 day, the project stretched to three weeks. This included a no-show appointment in addition to being lied to about the progress of the project. Final product is functional but lower quality that other repair companies. Also, the length of the drawer is different from the original size, so less items now fit in this space. Would not recommend this company!

It's difficult to know in advance what service one will get from some new contractor. I am very happy with the service I received from Lucky. He kept me informed throughout the process, offered a fair price and in general, has a lot of integrity. I have no reservation recommending him or using him again. I'm very pleased with his service.

I had new baseboards installed in a small downtown condo. While I think the value was pretty good (compared to other bidders), customer service/experience was awful. Mr. Gorman nor his carpenter (whom I had met during the consultation/estimate) showed up the day the work was to be completed; instead, Mr. Gorman sent a different carpenter - completely and totally unfamiliar with the project (or the English language) - whom I had to babysit for 2 hours. Instead of going to work that morning, I was lifting lumber and tools and explaining the job to this guy. Mr. Gorman was of no help, and was totally absent the day of the project.

Lucky had to source parts for the very old and generic window we had. It looks like new and functions better than it did before.
