Completed the work on schedule for the estimated price.

I was perfectly happy with the results; however.......my wife was furious that the debris created by sawing was NOT cleaned up....on and around the washing machine.....as she cleaned up the next day she had my ears BURNING !!!

Mr. Gorman was pleasant from day one. He was timely and professional. The job was difficult as other electricians were not able to figure out the installation. I would recommend Mr. Gorman to anyone for any job or a very challenging job. He was personable and a pleasure to be around the entire time as well.

I was in a bind with a fire door that was stuck closed. They answered my call right away and came out the same day. They did a great job, got the door working, explaining exactly what was wrong - and all in a timely manner. Also, they were very, very nice. I will definitely call them again!

Asked them to fix track lighting because it had gone dim. Pulled out the track and bought new track and lights on my dime to find that it was the dimmer switch. Equipment cost $230. My engineer replaced dimmer switch for $50. To be fair, he did not charge me for time spent.

Very responsive for an emergency job. Gave me 15 minute window & was here in that time. Perform the work professionally & within his original estimated time Cleaned up after the job completed. Highly recommend

Lucky and his team did a nice job repairing and resealing our deck. Good attention to detail and adjusted his schedule to avoid some potential weather issues. He stuck to his quote and only adjusted for add ons that I requested. Lucky likes to maintain constant communication which is normally great but if you are busy you may want to focus on setting up times to commincate. I would recommend him and his team for repair or maintenance.

My experience with this company was AWFUL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SPECIALLY AFTER THEY RECEIVED THE PAYMENT. At first, Lucky was nice and he sent this polite handyman (Bryan)for free estimate. The estimate included labor and materials, it was pricey but I assume they would do a good job so I did not mind it. The project was not done in 1 day since he started close to 12 noon (he said he would come at 10am) and I had some additional work done that he had to buy the materials for. We agreed that he would be back Thursday the following week. I made the mistake of paying them in full even the job was not completed. In good faith, I trusted these guys. HUGE MISTAKE! They scheduled me at 3pm for 2 days (thurs & fri) and cancelled on me at around 2pm on the day of on both days. I was treated like a second class citizen after I paid in full. I asserted that I should be put on the schedule first thing Monday morning, Lucky came in Monday morning with a new handyman who did not know what he was doing, who apparently Lucky just hired. The new guy WALKED OUT on Lucky from my apartment in the middle of the job! My husband was dumbfounded! Lucky was in my apartment running his office answering calls and calling Bryan. Nothing was done until Bryan finally came at around 2:45pm, what a waste of our time! They did not leave until the project was completed, it was almost 7pm. The closet door was poorly installed, the wall mounting of my soundbar was half done and he damaged my balcony where he was cutting the closet door. Oh wait, there's more... Bryan had the decency to text me before coming to my apartment to complete the job, that I owe him and Lucky money for the additional materials and labor cost. HOW CAN I OWE IF YOU DID NOT EVEN COMPLETE THE JOB YET! It was such a stressful experience. I could have argued about the closet door, but I was so tired and just want them out of apartment.

I had been looking for an electrician to take care of a few small issues I was having. No one responded. Gorman called me the same day and sent someone out the next. They were courteous and professional. I will definitely call on them again.

We had a tight budget for our handyman needs + fireplace project. Lucky Gorman was very understanding and presented us with a couple options that worked within limitations. Lucky's team fixed a broken medicine cabinet and did some tiling around our fireplace. Both gentlemen who did the work were very nice and true professionals - plus left our home spotless. Overall we had a great experience with Gorman Home Repair, and they will definitely be our go-to service for small and larger projects in the future. Highly recommend!!

Lucky sent two guys who were unprepared to do the job. They took twice as long as a result and he charged me three, yes three times the price quoted! ($200 became $600) He pays his workers $15 an hour and he took the lions share of the fees. I wouldn't call this "company" to fix anything in the future.

Brian was very nice and professional. He did a nice job caulking sink in kitchen and bathtub. There were a few issues. However, they were addressed in a timely and professional manner. Also, I was very impressed with the customer service I received.

Excellent customer service -- I cannot sing the praises of this company enough. Lucky and his team are true pros with excellent knowledge and customer service skills. I had what I thought would be a minor fixture installation project and Lucky was extremely helpful, polite, and prompt in responding to all my questions. I was very impressed with the ease of scheduling and how quickly Lucky responded to my calls. He dispatched Brian to install my fixtures. Brian was extremely courteous and professional. In the process of installing my fixtures, however, it became obvious that I had much bigger problems with my electrical wiring that caused the power source to my fridge to go out. Lucky immediately dispatched a very competent team and came over himself to make sure that I would not be left without power. They all went and above and beyond the call of duty in ensuring my needs were met and even went to the hardware store to purchase extension cords and power bars for me to use until the repairs are completed. I highly recommend this company and will be sure to call them again for my next repair project.
