They replied promptly, they came to do the work fairly quickly. They did a repair that saved me a lot of money vs. a replacement. However, I do not give them 5 stars as they should have had silicone with them, as it is a very basic working material for window repair. They had to go to Home Depot to pick it up, and I was charged for the time the trip took.

It's so refreshing when you come across a company with old school values. Knowledgable, courteous and well worth the search. Mr Gorman I was very hands on with this project and completed it without delays. I will definitely use him for future projects.

2 project one was a desk assembly with several parts. Second was install and remove under cabinet oven hood with electric fan and light encased in the hood. Initial install light and fan worked. Later in evening, neither the light nor the fan worked. Notification to Gorman, his reply was he could not return the next day , he would see when he could fit in his schedule. 2nd day , Gorman's reply still not sure when he could return. I stated, return by third day or payment would be cancelled, Gorman returned 3rd day scheduled for 8:00 a.m. actual at 7:30 a.m.. Gorman was first to reply to and show up at home for review of project. Would not refer, improvement needed with customer service.

The job was done quickly and well. The response to our inquiry was unbelievably fast.

I worked with Lucky and he helped me find a contractor to help repair dry wall in my ceiling. The quality of the work was very good and I was satisfied. The initial conversation was very pleasant as well. However when it came time to pay I was asked to pay more than double the quoted price. I was given a lot of excuses around the work being more than they thought, however this was not true. I asked "what took longer" and he could not tell me. In the end I paid more than quoted but less than what he asked for. The contractor who did a good job will not be associated with this person in the future, so I do not recommend working with Lucky and will not in future endeavors. Its unfortunate because had he charged me near or around the quoted price I would have used him again and referred him to friends.

Customer Service was outstanding.

Mr. Gorman called me within 10 minutes of me calling HomeAdvisor.com. 2 days later he came over to fix the sliding door rollers. He had all the parts and finished the project in less then an hour. I highly recommend him and will use his services in the future.

This was by far one of the worst businesses I've ever encountered. Trying to get one cabinet fixed. Gorman himself came out, had a man take the hinges off the cabinet for shopping comparison, was paid $50.00 in advance and virtually disappeared from then on. Called a number of times, at one point scheduled the repair but never showed up due to "bad traffic". From that point I gave up. Always says I was going to call you or I'll call you right back. Customer service and just basically keeping you up on what's happening does not exist.

I hired Lucky to rebuild a drawer. A pretty straightforward repair that has been provided in the past by another company. The initial visit was smooth but went straight downhill after that. After being quoted a turnaround time of 1 day, the project stretched to three weeks. This included a no-show appointment in addition to being lied to about the progress of the project. Final product is functional but lower quality that other repair companies. Also, the length of the drawer is different from the original size, so less items now fit in this space. Would not recommend this company!
