Brian Dunlap arrived early, extremely professional, knowledgeable, clearly identified the issue and offered two options for repair. I would highly recommend him and will ask him back for any home repair.

Ask for per hour estimates up front in writing.

They were nice and got things done quickly. They worked well with my schedule and my time availability.

Overall, the issue of resolved. All of the workers that come out were very professional. However, they had to come out three times in order to finally resolve the electrical problem. The individual that came out the second (and the third time) was clearly a master electrician. Had he come out the first time, my issue would have been fixed in one visit. I would highly recommend the electrician specifically.

The price is very high for services.

Not so good ! I needed a new post and he used the old one. The work he did will not last 1 year. In the spring, I will have to do the work again ! He was over priced for the work he did. He was on time and did the work in a timely matter.

They were good

It was rapid, efficient, he did not try to dis-mantel and re-construct to make money.

They did a great job. They went out of their way to assure that the project was done correctly. Seven years later all is still working well.
