 + -1 moreI used them a couple of times. If you have any viruses or anything, they fix it online, and if not, you can take it in, and they fix it right away. I've got kids. It depends who you get, I got one bad guy, he didn't fix it, but, there are others that can do it.
Description of Work: I have a contract with them. I got a year's service, I go online, and they fix anything right away.

 + -1 moreIt is a good firm. The only thing that irritates me is that, when I bought a computer from them I was told that if I pay off in 6 months there would be no interest. However, after a month I got a bill from them. They were actually billing from the day I bought the computer, which means they were billing me the interest all those months. I did not know about this. They had not explained it clearly. It was not a big deal though. They seem to be pretty good otherwise.
Description of Work: I bought an ink cartridge from them. I buy computer parts from them.

 + -1 moreI would recommend them to anyone, they were fantastic. From the time we called them, they came around relatively quickly, and they were very efficient. We were very satisfied. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
Description of Work: They made it so that our existing computer and laptop in our home could hook up the Internet at the same time. The work took twenty minutes.

 + -1 moreI AM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER OF BEST BUY, THAT IS, I WAS! I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED SERVICE AGREEMENT FROM THEM FOR MY VIEWSONIC MONITOR. I DECIDED TO TAKE THE MONITOR INTO THE EVANSTON STORE. THEY LOOKED AT IT, SAID IT NEEDED TO BE SENT OFF AND THAT IT WOULD TAKE 4-6 WEEKS. I SAID THAT THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE TERM FOR REPAIR AND WANTED TO TALK WITH THE MANAGER. AFTER WAITING 30 MINUTES, HE SAYS THAT THIS IS THE SERVICE AGREEMENT, THAT SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T TAKE THIS LONG AND THERE WAS NOTHING MORE HE COULD DO. AT WHICH POINT HE WALKS AWAY. THE MONITOR WAS TAKEN IN ON THE 14TH OF AUGUST AND THEY PREDICTED A SEPT. 8TH RETURN. TO STATE THAT IT COULD TAKE 4-6 WEEKS IS CERTAINLY NOT WHAT I CALL SERVICE. IF THIS WERE TO HAPPEN ON THEIR CAR OR SOMETHING IMPORTANT TO THEM, WOULD THEY FIND IT ACCEPTABLE? I DOUBT IT!
