Luis was prompt in providing the estimate, prompt with installing the fence and provided a quality fence for the price. Overall an excellent experience. I had call other fence companies but they couldn't come to provide and estimate for weeks out. Luis came the same day and the fence was installed a few days later. I'd highly recommend Estrada fencing and would definitely use again. He also provided a good reference on a patio installer. Good business.

Luis came and gave me a quote and offered to let me buy materials to save a few dollars. No one else was willing to do that. It allowed me to go to Home Depot, Menards and Lowe's and see the fencing before I bought it. I was able to choose a fence that I was happy with the quality and the installation matches the quality of the fencing that I bought. I solicited quite a few quotes and decided to go with Estrada Fences and am glad that I did. There was a minor problem with some of the posts that were shipped and his crew made the necessary adjustments to get the job finished in 1 day. They cleaned up after themselves and the fence looks great. I will have them back next year to do the other side of the yard. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that is installing any kind of fence.

The whole experience was great! Early for estimate appt), arrived online for install, workers was polite, professional, and worked hard! Put up 250yrs of fencing, coordinated hailing away the mass amount of tree trimmings, cleaned up yard perfectly (no nails left behind), and finished early. When I went to get permit the lady worked said that Estrada was a great company very good work so I had no problem securing the permit.

They came out that day. I thought it was excellent. He came out while I was at work.

They were great. They were quick, clean, cheap, nice and easy to talk to.

The contractor seemed very professional and polite. We ended up changing our mind and thus we did not proceed.

Called Mr. Luis and he came to my house that same evening. after questions and ideas on how to set my fence with back and front at 6 feet and sides at 5 feet with transitions. he gave me the number right there. I asked how much extra will be for adding laticce finish and he offered as part of the price. Privace fence with squires lattice was the decired design. I desired to wait for another 2 quotes comming the same week and told Mr' Luis to wait for my call. He understood and gave me his business card. After receiving the other quotes with a bigger price due to the desired Lattuce I called back Mr. Luis, He was able to scheduled my witing 2 weeks. The day of installation, Crue came in early in the morning, took down some old chain fence and started working. It took them 2 days total to do the fence all in place, panels and lattice where made by hand using deck grade screws. Mr. Luis gave me some good info and advice in the process, he even advices to speak with the neighbors and to offer to pitch in to be able to get a double sided fence that will be equal view in both sides. They didn't stain the fence because the wood is fresh and per Mr. Luis advice, we need to wait few wooks until the fence dry complete to ensure an even color.

Luis came out right away to look at my iron fence after I called him for an estimate and then the work was done the following weekend. He and his crew were very punctual. They did a great job bringing my white, rusty iron fence back to life. His crew even replaced parts that were rusted right through that I did not notice because they were higher up on the entryway frame. I was shocked and happy to see them welding new pieces. They also adjusted the gate so it effortlessly swings open. When Luis came back to inspect the work he walked through my yard fixing other wooden things that needed tightening, like my flower bed frame and staircase rails. His wife even stopped by to feed the crew and I can tell they take care of their people, which is rare today. Overall, I was very happy with the service and quality of work. I would highly recommend Estrada Fences!

Did not bring enough lumber & used a broken board from original fence. With the above noted, we are happy with their work.

To our pleasant surprise, the replacement panels were of a much higher quality than what was there. The crew was very good about cleaning up after the work was completed and the old fence panels were hauled away. The pricing for this work was a good rate, and we now have a sturdy fence that will last for many years to come. This is a company that we would highly recommend.

It was a very satisfactory experience. I asked them to be very careful with the plantings where they were putting the fence in and they did not destroy any of the plantings. They seemed very reliable. They showed up when they were supposed to and finished the job on that same day. It was not like I compared a lot of prices and they were late on the first day.

They arrived on time and cut the fence slats on site. They assembled the slats and installed the panels. They cleaned up and took the debris when they left. The workers were courteous and the work went fairly quick. It was a pleasure doing business with them. I especially appreciated the fact that they did not have a problem with the job not being large.

First, I had spoken with Luis to schedule an appointment for a written estimate of work. Luis is very professional and arrived on time, within a week of first contact. Estrada Fences was the most affordable quote, so we agreed to the estimate and later scheduled the work. Within a week and a half the work had begun. The work probably would have been started sooner, but the chain link doors were custom made to fit the dimensions of a standard door frame. Regardless, the work had begun within a very reasonable time frame. Luis arrived with several workers and they were able to complete the work in one day. Amazing! The attachment of the fencing to the wooden studs is very secure. The hinges of the gates were screwed into the door frame and welded to the gate. The burn marks of the welding were painted over in silver which is a nice touch that I had not thought of. Each gate had a latch that we could use with standard padlocks. Overall we are very happy with the work that was performed. I highly recommend Estrada Fences to anyone.

I would highly recommend these guys. Terrific team. He advised me and really gave me the pro's and cons without the huge sales pitch. I really trusted these guys and was not proven wrong. If you need to make a big decision and replace your exterior fence - these are the guys to go with. Hands down.

These guys worked very hard in extreme heat to get the job done in one day. My only complaint is that the company owner treated me like he thought I was a dumb blond. But both the work and the price were good, so I would probably use them again.

We purchased a home with a fence that needed two sides replaced. Luis gave me a great price (about 20% cheaper than other quotes) and backed it up with excellent work. They removed all materials, installed the fence and gates, and took away an old shed that we no longer wanted in the backyard, all in one day. Highly recommended.

Installation was great! Luis and his crew showed up on time. Luis walked us through the plan for the day and confirmed all details prior to starting the job. His guys went to work in installing the fence within 30 minutes of arriving, which required them to take down the chain link fences that where originally there on each side.(We received prior approval from each neighbor to avoid any conflicts). It took Luis's crew a full day to install a fence around the entire back yard with a barn door for the car port area and door leading to the front. They also cleaned up any mess on our side as well as our neighbors yards. We are extremely happy with the fence and what we paid for it was very reasonable. We have received numerous complements on the design and we have passed on their contact information to friends who are looking to do similar projects in the near future. We paid via check which was the only complaint I had since I would have preferred to have gotten mileage points : )

I really wanted to like Estrada Fencing. I had two jobs in mind for them: 1) install four wooden posts for an arbor, and 2) install a wrought iron fence. When I called for an estimate in July, they came right out to assess the job, but never got back to me with an estimate. I was eager to get the posts installed so I called and was quoted a price ($450) for just the arbor posts. I accepted and arranged an appointment for a few days later. When the crew was more than 1/2 hour late for their appointment, I called to check and was told that they were five minutes away. A half-hour later when they still hadn't arrived, I called again and was told the same thing. The crew finally arrived, nearly two hours late. Digging the holes for the posts turned out to be more difficult than they had expected, and it took far longer than they anticipated. The on-site crew was pleasant and worked diligently, but we had to monitor the work as it appeared that they had no intention to make sure that the posts were level and square. Though the process wasn't very smooth, I am reasonably satisfied with the end result. Fast forward three months to October. When I called back to ask for an estimate for the wrought iron fence, the owner (Mr. Estrada?) said, "Oh, I remember you, you're the pain in the a** who called every 5 minutes because we were late. Just kidding." I was so surprised that I didn't hang up right then and there. He said he still had a notebook with the estimate in it from July and would call me with it. Am I surprised that he has not? No. So here's a company who provided mediocre service the first time around who completely blew a chance to do better the second time. I'm going with Freeman Fence. Their service has so far been impeccable.

The company was really professional. The estimate walkthrough took literally five minutes. He later emailed me the actual estimate. The bad thing is we found out about Schaumburg's strict fencing guidelines and we are not allowed to have a privacy fence. We would recommend this company to others as they were extremely professional.

The owner answered the phone and was at my house within 30 minutes with an estimate. The estimate beat all others and they were able to schedule work the following week. The workers were out at 0900 and worked unitl 1500 hrs. The workers dug out all broken posts and put in new cedar posts with caps. They then reconstructed some of my fence panels as I wanted a few sections a bit shorter to withstand some of our windy Chicagos. A new rear, much larger gate was built and installed. They also built a gate and small fence to block of a rear stairway for child safety. Following the work the workers cleaned up all their materials and debris and left the site clean. I am very pleased with Estrada Fences and will use them in the future. I can not speak of the durability of the work as only time will tell that, but it looks great and everything seems really solid and the quality of the materials is excellent. They stopped by to give me a quote right away, which was nice considering some other fencing companies weren't even interested in my business since I was just tearing down a fence and not building a new one. They were vague about when the work could be done and said they'd call me, which I was not terribly happy about. However, they did end up calling and coming to tear it down only a few days after the estimate. Considering the short time it took, I probably paid too much. However, they were nice enough to take some larger garbage and things I had left from a move along with the old fence. They ended up leaving a portion of 2 of the old fence posts in the ground and I didn't notice until they left. I called to notify them of this and they sent a crew to remove it the next business day. Overall, I was happy with the work done and would use them again.

The provider did not show up to the appointment and did not call with any explanation.

I contacted Estrada Fences based on their positive reviews on Angie's List when I need 2 old chain link fences removed and a new higher chain link fence built in my back yard. The owner, Luis Estrada, answered the call and came out the next day to prepare an estimate which he gave me on the spot. When I told him that another company had quoted me a lower price for the same work, he matched the price. Luis was personable and knowledgeable. He was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. He came out with his crew, and they completed the work within about 1/2 day. Luis was even able to accommodate my request to do the work within 1 week of giving me the quote. The only complaint I have about Estrada Fences is that they did leave a bit of a mess when they were done. There were clumps of dirt and some metal parts scattered about the driveway. However, it was not anything that would prevent me from hiring them again.

Their prices are good and they gave me a discount. They did the work well and I would recommend them.
