This was my cheapest bid by far. If you're only concerned about price, this may be the company to go with. He was obviously willing to bargain, but just an estimate would have worked for me. He started at $750, and when I politely refused to give an immediate decision, the price ended up at $600.

Luis came out to give me an estimate. I called him to let him know I wanted it done. They came out and did the work as scheduled. I inspected it the next day. I called Luis because there was a little area where they missed painting. It had rained that afternoon heavily so they may have had to stop. They came back the next day and completed the painting to my satisfaction. They were prompt, neat and very polite.

From the time I called to get an estimate to getting one took about one hour?very prompt. Luis, owner, and three other guys built the custom-built the fence in backyard and installed it. I will hire them again and also recommend them.

Luis was quick to return phone call and come to give the estimate. The estimate seemed reasonable and based on other positive reports, the work was scheduled. The crew arrived on time (in fact a little early), worked quickly and efficiently, and completed by 3:30 the same day. The fence looks great! The crew also removed an old rose of sharon bush and another unknown bush that were growing under the old chain fence that I had been unable to dig out before.

Luis was great. His estimate was very clear and he really knows what he's doing. He was prompt and put up a beautiful fence. Other guys were less expensive, but I knew Luis really knew what he was doing bc his estimate was very clear about when they would start/finish, what the cost was, etc.

They gave us a quote, came the next day and finished the work before noon. Men were very polite.

I called Estrada fences for estimate to repair 30 ft x 6ft of fence that had fallen down. Luis came out very quickly and gave me an estimate. Two days later his crew came and fixed the fence as promised. It looks great and was very affordable.

They were very professional, the owner came out to give me an estimate, prompt. They were great and worked very hard and my property was left in excellent shape when they left.

Luis Estrada came to our house several times during the estimation process and was very accommodating, explaining everything they would be doing. Each time, he was well prepared with good pictures of previous fence work. The cedar arrived before their scheduled start of Monday at 9:00 am. Luis and his crew we on time each of the three successive days. He explained everything they would do during installation. They got to work. Luis left the job site several times to attend to other business, but was immediately available when questions arose. I like it when the job boss is very aware of the job being performed. When on site (at least 80% of the time), he was working as hard as the crew. There were a couple of times where a post was installed in an incorrect location but the crew was responsive and easily mended the issue. I would suggest to a homeowner to be home at least for the post installation to make sure you are getting what is expected. It is best to address those issues as soon as possible. When asking for minor changes, they accommodated me immediately. For instance, a large slab of concrete was in the way of a gate path. They easily broke it up for me, allowing the gate to swing freely as expected. They completed the job in 2.5 days, and it looks excellent. The crew could have cleaned up the job site a little better, there were rocks and gravel hidden in some of the bushes. But the remaining cleanup was nothing that I couldn't have done anyway. A good part of our reasoning for selecting Estrada Fences was the personal touch. I felt like Luis and his crew were there to make sure we were satisfied. On several occasions during installation he stopped to ask questions about what we wanted before proceeding. He is patient and made sure we understood that if there are any concerns now or in the future with the fence, he would make it right. I trust that he will fulfill that promise.

They arrived on time to do the work. I would use them in the future. I would recommend them. They were courteous and kind. The quality of their work was very good.

Estrada was actually a sub to another fence company that we hired. A bit of a surprise when a truck and three guys show up from another company that we never heard of (Estrada). Luis greeted us and asked simple questions and described to us that he was a sub to this other company but, because they were booked, they gave the business to him. I'm glad they did. Luis was extremely professional and his crew worked non-stop throughout the heat of the day to finish. The fence looks great. The crew even took extra time to diligently align the gate to be sure it was in perfect working order. We plan to have Luis back to construct the fence on the other side of the property.
