+ -1 moreWe were pleasantly surprised to see both Sam and Mike at the house for the inspection; the more eyes examining every square inch of the place, the better. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They identified the problem areas and suggested what could be done to address them, in some cases. We felt much better about the condition of our future home after they completed their inspection. Because of problems with the developer, we had to have a second home inspection, so we called Sam and again, he provided quality work. On both occasions, Sam arrived on the site before we did! We happily recommend ''Best Inspect'' for others' home inspection needs.
Description of Work: Sam and Mike performed an inspection of our new town home. They listed the items of concern, provided us with detailed copies of the results of the inspection, and also provided us with a CD ROM containing photos of the problematic areas that needed to be addressed before we closed on the house.

+ -1 moreSam did a prompt and thorough inspection. He alerted us to a potential hazard. The walls and ceiling were made of a flammable material. We were able to negotiate a lower price with the seller. We replaced the defective material after the sale. The two real estate agents said that this inspection was the most thorough inspection that they had ever seen.
Description of Work: Complete home inspection prior to purchase.
