+ -1 moreFantastic work and responsiveness. I have hired him twice in two months and couldn't be happier with the results (we are very picky too). His attention to detail, patience and care with his work cannot be beat. He is trustworthy and I felt very comfortable leaving him in my home alone. He loves dogs and was so nice to our two dogs as they ran around he while he worked. We have raved about him to all of our friends and will definitely hire him again. His prices were very fair and he works tirelessly all day long.

+ 0 moreHe has been terrific. He comes when he says he's going to come. He is very careful and very neat. He is very professional. He cleans up everyday before he leaves. He is a very pleasant guy. He and his crew are very nice. And I can't think of anything bad to say about him. He is just a first-class worker.
Description of Work: Armando Ruiz is a painting contractor and he has done a lot of work for us over the last 20 years. He is doing interior painting in our house right now. He has done both interior and exterior painting in the past. He has painted the trims, the gutters and the windows. On the inside he has painted all the rooms in the house.
