I hired Aqua Smart Plumbing because I had no cold water to my second floor apartment. The plumber diagnosed the problem, which was in an area I thought could not have been the cause. He was right, and I was wrong. He replaced the needed pip and valve very efficiently. He also fixed the toilet on the second floor, which had a malfunctioning water valve. The final thing we worked on was replacing a defective cartridge in the shower. I was very pleased with the work. I would hire them again if I needed a plumber.

They did a good job and even went beyond what they bid to install appliances in the kitchen. We were impressed.

Faruk, is the best! So, I accidently fail against my water main and it started to leak. I called three plumbers and he called me right back. He was professional, honest, and explained everything that he did. In addition, placed a barrier in front to the water main so that it could not be accidently moved again. His prices were extremely reasonable. Before he got out the door I was already talking about future jobs. I have worked with a lot of contractors and he ranks at the very top!

On-time, rapid, accurate diagnostic of problem, reasonable explanations and detailed quote to resolve problem. Scheduled service as requested by me for following day. Called prior to service, explained what was to be done, explained new pump functions, how to prevent future issues and warranty. Performed clean up of pump basin, installed pump and new output pipe and valve rapidly. Cleaned up area after work. Asked to look at additional problems in home and requested quotes for future work. Quotes provided within 2 days as committed. Everything very professional and straight forward. No games. Will definitely use for future plumbing needs.

The worker was a real plumbers with a license. He explained the problem and told me exactly whAT needed to be done and how much it would cost to repair my toilets. He also replaced the drain in my bathtub. Her was professional and arrived on time and finished the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Aqua Smart..

Service and price was great..I needed a broken shower pipe fixed right away and a plummer was sent within hours on a Friday. He answered all my questions and did a great job. I would defenetly call Aqua Smart Plumming again.

everything was great. we thought he was a little bit on the expensive side but considering the urgency, he came through and everything worked out.

Plumber replaced part of the faucet. He arrived on time, after inspecting what had to be done, he gave me options, explained everything, fortunately had the replacement in his van. Work completed quickly and he cleaned up. Excellent.
