"Following a hail storm Tim and another person just shows up at one of my houses trying to drum up business - Terrific. After inspecting house-1 he said the roof was fine but it looked like hail damage to some of the steel siding, but he would like to return the next day with a special light to recheck. We said that sounded great. At our second house he said the roof was shot and needed to be replaced and that they'd see us the next day. Next day no one shows or calls. Week later still no contact from them. I send an email to Tim - again no response. So then I call the River City office and the lady tells me Tim is out with an adjuster, but she'd have him call when he returned. Days have gone by and still no return call - so I'm moving on to another company. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR NOT RESPONDING; even if it's only to say they are so swamped they can't help us."
