+ -1 moreWe relocated from out of state. We purchased the home and required home inspection. The inspector theoretically evaluated all electrical systems and the HVAC system. Inspector did not pick up the following:1. Poor condition of the septic sewer ejection system. Ejector pit needs major repair (damaged lid and lip system). Pump had to be replaced. This may have been functional at the inspection, but the poor lid condition existed at the time of inspection. 2. Several plug outlets in the house are nonfunctional at this time. 3. The big one is the HVAC system (Air conditioner). We just spent $576 repairing the air conditioner. Repair technician said that there is no way the system was operational or functional at the time of inspection. It was completely out of refrigerant due to leak in the system, which was unused until spring 2012.
Description of Work: Pre-purchase inspection of home including all systems and components.
