I spoke with Mr. Harrison on Monday, 4/7/14, to get an estimate for two outdoor electrical outlets. He said he'd come out that evening. He called around 7:00 p.m. and said he wasn't going to make it and could he come out the following morning (Tuesday) instead. I told him I had to work at the church until noon and asked if he could come after 12:00. He said that would be fine. I never heard from him again. He never showed up or called and that was 4 weeks ago!
I realize this is a small job, but if he didn't have time to do it, or just wasn't interested, he should have told me that. He didn't show up when he said he would nor did he call to cancel or re-schedule the appointment. Instead he just disappeared. Not only is that extremely unprofessional...it's downright rude!!
