+ -1 moreMR. ARCHIE SEEMED TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN ALL THAT HE EXPLAINED TO ME. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND UPFRONT ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE FOR ANY FUTURE PROBLEMS.
Description of Work: MR. ARCHIE ARRIVED THINKING THAT HE HAD A MAJOR REPAIR JOB (SO DID I). TURNS OUT THAT IT WAS VERY MINOR AND IT WAS REALLY A MATTER OF JUST USING A LITTLE ELBOW MOVEMENT ON OUR PART.

+ -1 moreHE REPLACED PARTS INSIDE MY UNIT AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING WELL EVER SINCE. HE IS PRICEY, BUT I MIGHT HAVE HAD TO BUY A NEW UNIT IF IT WEREN'T FOR HIM.
Description of Work: HAD TO HAVE AN IGNITER REPLACED ON MY FURNACE.
