The rep came out and said they couldn't service my house. The company didn't have the correct tools for my type of air ducts. Since it is an older home, some can't be service. The company told me to contact Angie's List for a refund.

The guys showed up on time, did there work without disrupting our household, and left the house in the condition like they were never there. And to top things off they were very friendly with our dogs.

It was great. I did not think it was going to be easy, our house was built in 1880. They took off the covers carefully and got the brush in. There was a lot of filth taken out.

Everything went great. John took his time throughout the 3 story house. It was a pretty good sized job that took about 3+ hours. Our builder didn't clean the air ducts after construction and there was a noticeable difference in air quality. After the cleaning, the air was noticeably better. I felt like my house was in good hands. John was professional and courteous. Good experience and I would use them again.

Hooray, they were able to remove pet stains and we also had them deodorize one area. The carpet looks and smells fantastic. I emailed and asked some questions and got a very thorough and quick response. A few weeks later I called to set up a cleaning, and they were able to fit me in within a week. The 2 owners, John and John, are both super friendly? you kinda want to invite them over for a barbecue after you meet them! The price was very fair! Additionally, they gave me some ideas to help keep the basement smelling and feeling clean (i.e. get a dehumidifier) and even went so far as to tell me where and what one of them owns. I would, without hesitation, recommend All Natural Carpet Cleaning!

The crew showed up at 9:00 am and introduced themselves as John and Jonathan or as they said "John Squared" Right away I knew I liked these guys. I am retired Marine Sargent and being punctual is important. Also no hard selling; they asked me what I would like cleaned and they measured the areas and gave me a price. They were half the price of what the big companies were and I have to say did a much better job. The carpets even dried in a few hours! They even removed the pet stains that two other companies said they could remove, But didn't. It was nice to have someone in my house that I could trust 100% That's probably the most important to me is trust. I will use All Natural for all my cleaning needs in the future.

Everything went better than expected. The technician; I believe it was John not only did what was expected, but also removed these pet stains that a few other carpet cleaners said were permanent. He also helped me move a few pieces of trim from the room. It's nice to find a company who cares about the customer as well as the cleaning job. I saw on his truck that they do air duct cleaning which will be my next cleaning with All Natural. It is nice to find a company you can trust!

Everything looked great when they were done. I will admit I was skeptical about the quick dry time but it did dry quick, which was very nice. They were able to get out a few spots that I was unable to do anything with myself. I highly recommend and already have recommended All Natural to my friends. I will use them again!

It went great! They were very friendly and helpful. They helped me move an area rug. I felt like they went above and beyond their job. On top of that, my carpets look great! I would definitely use them again.

I contacted All Natural and spoke with John Root. I needed the work done quickly and he was able to accommodate my schedule and time. John arrived on time with organized clean equipment. I explained to him where there was heavy spots and he was able to remove them and the carpet cleaning blended perfectly. While he was there I decided at the last minute to have him do all of the my area rugs, he said "no problem", gave me the additional cost which I felt was very reasonable and it saved me taking the rugs to an out source. It was definitely a serviceable experience with high quality results and a very good value.

The best service and price for work done

It went well. It was the first time I used that type of carpet cleaning and they have less carpet drying time which I liked. They did just as good as regular carpet cleaning and all in all it was good. They were timely and I only had to tell them what I wanted once.

One of the owners, Jon, provided the service. He was prompt and very courteous. There were some darker stained areas that I thought might be difficult to get clean but he was able to make the carpet look uniform in cleanliness. He even gave me tips on getting out certain stains which my 6 year old is prone to creating. The carpet also dried pretty quickly which was an additional bonus. I honestly don't think the carpet has looked this clean since we moved into the house. I had previously used All Natural to clean my couch which also came out very clean.

They always do a very good job at cleaning my carpets. They move some of the furniture and put it back again. I have used them in the past for carpet cleaning, dry vent cleaning and air duct cleaning. I will continue to call them when needed.

Great! The carpets had not been cleaned for 4 years since we owned the house. They were badly spotted the worst being spilled coffee stains. They did a wonderful job and we could be on the dry carpets in 3-4 hours. The dryer vent was blocked by a cone shaped bird nest growing toward the inside of the vent . They removed the nest. Then, when cleaning the vent the lint was moist, rolled and crumbled making it very difficult to clean. They persevered and I love the results. Our drying time was greatly reduced and we don’t have to replace the dryer though its over 12 years old. The dryer is fine---it was the blocked vent that was the problem. The All Natural Team took a video of their cleaning the dryer vent documenting their work. I gave them verbal permission to use it as they could to enhance their business. I would highly recommend them and yes will use them again to service my home.

It went great. We've used All Natural before, and we consider them our upholstery cleaners. John is very professional and thorough.

It was all very good. They did a nice job and were punctual. The green process that All Natural uses is not ideal for us. We prefer the steam cleaning method.

They were great. They took care of exactly what we needed, plus explained all the different things we can do to help maintain what he cleaned for our furniture. They were really nice and professional.

They arrived on time. Cleaned all ducts and the dryer vent. The price quoted was met. In addition, when cleaning the dryer vent they discovered the vent was incorrectly installed. They purchased the proper clamp, installed it, and continued with their work. They did not increase the price for this additional work. Being new to the area, they spent time with me and provided names of other companies and contractors for a variety of work I am looking at having done. Very professional and friendly.

Overall, the vents were done quickly and we are happy with that. This company uses a 'natural' process to clean carpets but my carpets don't look clean - yes, the surface dust is gone but the dirt is still there. Several years ago, I used a hand-held steam cleaner and got better results. Both Johns' were polite and hard-working. Perhaps, 'natural cleaning' isn't for my carpets.

I knew exactly what was going to happen, and that's exactly how it worked. After the technician arrived he looked at the rooms, we talked about the stains and my needs. He offered the ability to add more protector into the carpet, which I agreed to. He cleaned each of the 4 rooms and the stairs. I would definitely use them again. This time we hadn't moved into our new house but he mentioned they don't charge extra to move furniture and everything dries very quickly.

Superior service!!! Both John and John were prompt, friendly, efficient. They know their stuff. Took extra time and care to clean around the alarm system that was housed in one of the ducts, and provided some tips about vent air flow. Clean up was thorough. Overall a fabulous experience and I would highly recommend them!

They were thorough about what they did. They had the right tools (like a rotating brush) that seemed to do a good job cleaning the ducts. Everything went as expected.
