Description of Work: Brought in a big machine which was a very loud and very clumsy dinged up my floors and broke my air vents which were brand-new. Cannot tell the difference after the ducks were clean as a matter fact it seems worse even more Dusty, did not clean up any debris that was left behind from the dust. I was really expecting a lot more from this company however we were very disappointed.

Description of Work: It went well, but much later I realized that when they cleaned the bathroom they loosened a tile that either ended up in the vent or the machine they used to clean the ducts. I did not bother them about it, since I had a bath mat that covered over the tile and I didn't notice the tile was missing for months after they cleaned that particular duct. Otherwise, they did a good job.

+ -1 moreJohn returned my call quickly. I was able to book for a time I wanted. They showed up on time. I first showed them what I wanted done and then they gave me the price up front, that was nice. I agreed and they got started upstairs. After they got started they came and asked me if I knew what happened under the couch. It was an old stain from before. The last carpet cleaner couldn't get it out. I told them about it and they went and got something from the truck and were able to get it out. At the end of the job they showed me around and gave me a spotter bottle and a tip sheet on what to do after the cleaning. They were very polite and professional.
Description of Work: John & his partner cleaned our 3 bedrooms, hall, stairs and living room. They moved furniture and they were even able to get out a stain that a Chem-Dry could not. Everything looks great at the end and it dried fast.
