I liked that they used natural cleaning products rather than chemicals to clean the carpets.

They did a good job. I spent about $150 or $180 on their services. Their price was okay for me. I don’t think there was anything that I disliked about them. I will use their services again in the future.

After completing the job, they gave some further advice on how to treat the carpet in case of mishaps along with leaving us some of their carpet cleaning solutions to clean stains. John and his assistant arrived on time and gave me a quick estimate. They got right to work and were done in under an hour. John even accepted a coupon we found on Angie's List that expired the day we called to make the appointment, which was the following week.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked about them. I liked their thoroughness and the job they did on the carpet. They got areas cleaned that even they dint think they will be able to and yet they did. In addition to that they gave us some good ideas about how to keep the carpet in better condition. They also gave us some ideas about putting hardwood flooring in some areas. They were way above and beyond my expectations. The carpets look new again. I will use them again. They use dry cleaning method which I did not think I would like because I thought it would not be as thorough as it seemed. However, they were extremely thorough and it dried very quickly. It was a whole different way of cleaning. They used a cleaning solution and very little water which they dried up. That was a good method because if you wash the carpet too much you will be damaging the back of it. Their method is much better for the carpet. The carpet should last longer now.

We were advised that there were a number of aged stains that no matter what would not come out. 'All natural' was willing to lose the $$$ on not doing the job, versus doing the job and it not meeting expectations. The fact that their integrity meant more to them than making a few extra bucks means a lot in a world where good service is sometime hard to come by. I would highly recommend All Natural. The work they did was impressive ! and that which they did not due was likewise impressive .

The results were startling as the carpets are now several shades lighter. I would certainly recommend them, they are prompt and very professional.

Cleaned the carpets very well, took out the spots . Moved the furniture and replaced very carefully.

John the owner came in time and got right to work. He moved all the furniture and explained his cleaning process while he worked. Cleaned up after he was done.

The service man came to clean our dryer vent. Very friendly and efficient and our dryer is working much better now. I will absolutely use them again.

We called them on Monday and they came out on Tuesday. They were very professional and got right to work. Our carpet and furniture look great and were dry by 5:00 pm that day (they left at 1:00 pm). We were very pleased with the service.

It's a pleasure to do business with folks like John. He and his partner were prompt, neat, professional and efficient. During his inspection and cleaning of the dryer vent, John discovered a couple of unwanted visitors (Mickey and Minnie) that made their way through the tubing system. Not only did he collect and release the logy creatures, he repaired the damage, cleaned the area and explained how to prevent it from happening again with a "bird cage" over the exterior dryer vent and new insulation. (Since accomplished so my wife could sleep) Additional advice (stainless hoses for the washer ((done))), no charge. The natural, no residue cleaning solution used on the carpets removed ALL of stains we had and left a very light pleasant citrus odor that lasted for days. The 16 year old carpet looks like new. John explained that regular vacuuming like we preform helps carpet longevity and was very complimentary of our home. I used 3 online coupons that saved hundreds. All Natural has our future repeat business.

The overall quality of work was excellent. John the owner showed up on time. He was professional, took his time and was very detailed-oriented. I wasn't sure how his all natural product would work taking out stains but it did. Every stain and/or sign of visible dirt was completely removed. I was also impressed with how quickly it dried. The entire home was dry within 3-4 hours of completion. I would recommend All Natural to anyone.

John actually did more than requested and all work was done to my satisfaction. The carpet needed cleaning badly and looks great now!

All though it was snowing heavily the owner arrived on time and went about the business of cleaning the carpets. All was done well and they even helped me move a desk to another room. (I did add $25 to the bill). Very nicely done and courteous and professional.

John was prompt to return my initial phone call. He was able to fit me in within a week. He arrived well within the 2 hour window given. Even though I had vacuumed the day before, he still re-vacuumed all areas. He was able to get out rust stains left by the previous careless cleaners (metal put on wet carpet) as well as many high traffic stains. I can't believe how great my carpets look. He uses equipment different from the 2 big companies whose names both begin with "S". He is the owner of his business and does the cleaning himself. He takes pride in his work, and is honest about what he won't be able to get out. But frankly, his work far exceeded my expectations!
