I received phone call from Samuel Graves after placing a request on line from the company. From the very first phone call, Mr. Graves was cordial, professional and showed a true interest in what I needed done and in listening to my requests. Every follow up call received in scheduling a consultation, up until the work was initiated and completed was in the same professional manner. Mr. Graves and Mr. Schnock worked with me in scheduling and in preparing an estimate to fit my budget. I had a bad experience previously with another service provider and to show you that they listened, they made sure not to repeat the horrible experience I had described to them. Both gentlemen arrived on time and took the time to make sure we understood what was being done each step of the way. Their equipment and tools used were neat, clean and organized. Mr. Graves and Mr. Schnock constantly consulted me on each phase of the installation to ensure that I was satisfied and gave me multiple options to ensure that the work was done completely to my specifications and satisfaction. Upon completion they instructed my husband and I on the operation of the Harmony remote and even offered us the option to upgrade to a more simplied remote within a grace period. I needed to purchase a stand for the second television that was mounted and I was provided the equipment needed to hide the wires once I made the purchase and was instructed on it's easy and simple installation. All boxes and debris were left neatly stacked for us to dispose of and all instruction manuels were left visible for us to reference if the need arose. We are truly satisfied with the work which was completed and were very impressed with Mr. Graves and Mr. Schnock.
