+ -1 moreI CONTRACTED WITH HIM TO DO A WHOLE HOUSE SIDING JOB. I GAVE HIM $500 DOWN TO DO THE WORK AND HE HAS NOT YET STARTED. HE HAS BEEN GIVING ME THE RUN-AROUND SINCE JUNE AND HAS YET TO BEING THE WORK. AT THIS POINT, I WOULD JUST LIKE MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK SO THAT I CAN GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY NEXT SPRING, BECAUSE IT IS TOO LATE IN THE YEAR NOW TO HAVE THE WORK DONE. HE DOES NOT RETURN MY CALLS AFTER CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES, AND HE HAS TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SEND ME A CHECK FOR MY DEPOSIT AND THAT WAS OVER TWO MONTHS AGO. STILL NO CHECK, STILL NO WORK.
