Madelyn and Lucas did an outstanding job cleaning my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. They were very thorough and had great attention to detail. I had some very high expectations in terms of how I wanted my condo cleaned and the products I wanted to be used. They carefully listened to my requests and exceeded my expectations.

Their team is very conscientious and attentive to detail. Additionally the organizational skills of the team member Maria are outstanding!

They showed up on time, and the 3 cleaners worked for 5 hours without stop. One issue was soap scum on the inside of shower doors which no one had been able to clean. Madelyn's crew cleaned it so it looked like new. She is very professional, hard working, and accommodating. We intend to use her again. She stated that she also does home decluttering etc., especially for senior citizens.

They are a great team. I would not hesitate to hire them again. Their attention to detailed cleaning is very impressive. Very friendly and courteous.

The initial walk through gave me a chance to meet them and to feel like they knew me and my house and our specific needs. I just wasn t comfortable with the other companies that didn t want to come to the house to meet with me before coming to clean for me. Madelyn has been very helpful scheduling regular cleanings that fit my budget and my schedule!

I was quoted $150 and then re-quoted $550 the day of the service. Absolutely terrible. They took advantage because I was traveling the next day and couldn't reschedule. This company seemed great based on the reviews but the problems started as soon as Madelyn's crossed the door. She started complaining about how filthy everything was even though the property had been well maintained and professionally cleaned several times over the previous months then she raised the quote three-fold. I was very clear to her that the window blinds and bathrooms were a priority and she left them untouched arguing that it would be an extra $1,000 to clean them. Even the medicines cabinets were left dirty. Also, I had a large stock of unused toilet paper and over $100 worth of LED light bulbs and she decided they were trash and "threw" them away. She also threw away all the instruction manuals for the appliances. Before the cleaning team was done I did a quick check of all the work that was still pending and I was told not to worry because they were not nearly done so I left with the intention to come back later, however, I received a text 10 minutes later telling that they had already left! The team left without finishing and without at least letting me check if I was satisfied. I don't know I the team was tired by the time they got to my home or if they were having a bad day but I certainly didn't get what I paid for. If you use this service I recommend that you supervise them very closely.

We have a 3 bedroom bilevel with 2 cats. I wanted to have a deep clean and someone to do weekly or biweekly cleaning to help my 80 year old Mom. Madeline was really nice and honest with quote, time and accommodated my reschedule. Sent 3 people, who were on time and beyond hard working. They were there for 3 1/2 hours and washed from top to bottom of our 3 bedroom, two bathrooms, halls, living dining room and kitchen and more. They did not do our laundry room as time didn't permit and with our ok. It was great to come home, have a grateful, happy mom and a house that was clean, smelling great and we'll let's be honest, I didn't have to do it. Looking forward to talking with Madeline about a regular schedule!
