Giving them an "F" based on their follow-up. Their follow-up is awful/non-existent. I have a problem with my sod and due to this problem I contacted Jose write after (about 1 day) the work was performed and let him know. Jose said - don't worry you have to give it a few weeks, I said: "can you at least stop by and take a look", Jose says: "I will wait a few weeks, trust me". A few weeks go by and the sod is still not in good shape at this point Jose does not answer my call. I have to call him multiple times over multiple weeks to finally get a hold of him. Once I get a hold of him (after I feel like I am stalking him), he says ok, I will stop by on Saturday morning. Saturday morning comes and Jose is a no call, no show. I call him and text him on Saturday and only to get no response whatsoever. I even told Jose over text: "I know I have a problem with the sod, if I have to pay you additional to maintain/save the sod that if fine just please stop by, take a look and let's discuss options." It is very frustrating that I spent close to $4000 and I can't get them to follow-up when there is a problem.

Quiet hours end at 8am. Please stop doing very loud work before 8am. Thank you.

My two neighbors used this company and the work they did looked very good to me. According to my neighbors, their price was very good as well. So I called the number on their truck in the middle of a weekday and got an answering machine. I left a message. No answer. I called again the next day and the next and still no call back. Guess they are so good that they don't have the time to call back or answer the phone. The next time the truck was in front of my house I asked to have someone call. Still no call. The following week they came at 7:20 AM with a gas lawn mower, leaf blower and weed trimmer running at the same time and making a lot of noise. This happened 3 weeks in a row. The fourth time, I had two elderly guests one of whom was sick and sleeping in a room a few feet from where they were working. I went in front of my house and asked them to stop because the village code was 8AM for yard work. The first man didn't understand but the second man was very nice and polite and said he didn't know about the village rules. I can understand that. He was more than polite and apologized for thye disturbance. He spoke to the first man and explained something in Spanish. As I went back into the house, the first man began using the weed-trimmer again only on very low power. I went back in an agitated state and yelled no work until 8 AM! They both apologized and stopped immediately. I went into the back yard where another man was mowing the lawn and asked him to stop explaining the village code. I had to yell a little to get his attention. He stopped the mower, said okay, and then restarted his mower. I yelled quite loudly at him to stop. He pointed to the ground explaining that he only had a little more to do. I yelled again, "After 8". He said to me that I didn't have to yell at him. He was correct. I should not have yelled. Perhaps the frustration of being jolted out of a sound sleep with a motorized leaf blower, weed trimmer and lawn mower ten feet from where I was sleeping coupled with my inability to make all that noise stop quickly made me lose my temper. I offer my sincere apology to them for yelling. I was wrong to do that. But these guys are supposed to be professionals working for a professional company and I can only assume that they are well aware of all the village codes around here. As far as call backs go, if they are ignoring repeated calls for new business, I can only imagine what would happen if you ever had a problem with them for some reason. Good luck. Do not use these guys.

I will never call them again.

I like working with them because the owner is always around. He is responsive and sharp. He is always on site, somewhere in the area. So, if I need to see him or want his team to do some work at the last minute, they can always track him down. Their prices are better than the others.
