Klis was excellent. Jack was responsive, communicative (when running a few minutes late due to traffic), and he and his brother did a great job with the floor board replacement. Despite sawing and sanding in the house, they managed to keep the mess to a minimum and cleaned up when they were done. The replacement boards look great! (And they are not squeaky, unlike all the other boards in this old house.) Would absolutely hire them again.

Klis flooring was referred to me by my sister. Have rental property, the living room floor was in bad condition (some boards had water damage and a few spots had dark stains) the bedroom was ok. Great! His bid came in at the lowest price and he was able to accommodate a special look that I was going for which was a wide plank look. He did the stairs and three rooms and they're absolutely beautiful. My mother had commented how she couldn't believe how many years later that my stairs still didn't squeak. She wanted hardwood throughout her whole home and he added hardwood floors to other areas in her house. You couldn't tell where the old flooring ended and where the new began! Shows up on time, calls me, texts me, very communicative.
