 + -1 moreOverall the Association and its members will not be recommending this company due to the quality of the workmanship. While the appearance of the porch is adequate the fact that water will leak (during heavy thunderstorms) into the foyer below is unacceptable.
Description of Work: Our Condominium Association hired this company to replace our front porch, including steps and new railings. While the appearance of the new porch appears satisfactory, after heavy rainstorms, water unfortunately leaks into the unit below into that unit's foyer which is located directly below the porch. Water has never leaked into the foyer prior to the porch replacement. Despite the company's five year warranty, the porch has not been repaired to remedy the water leak.
