Nick Samatas and his team did an incredible amount of work in a very short span of time. The 2nd floor kitchen sink drain pipe cracked due to extreme cold winter temps. The dishwasher had been draining into this pipe for weeks. Warm weather probably caused the pipe to expand and resulting waste water damage destroyed two bedrooms. Nick's team were hard working professionals. They walked me through the plans, handled everything from tearout to remodel to cleanup. All I had to do was pick the colors and pay the bill.

This company was recommended to me by a neighbor. Super glad I went with Nick & his crew. My new kitchen is awesome. I would definitely recommend them and my next project I will use them again!

This company is an absolute joke! The people who work there from the management to the labor workers do not care for the project nor their customers. The project managers are never around, the president never answers calls nor emails.... They tell you one thing and do the complete opposite or do not do anything at all.... The projects last a life-time! They take your money and pretty much disappear. the workmanship is the worst I have ever seen... I can do the work better myself. Nick Samatas who is the owner of Envision should not be in the construction business whats-soever... he does not care for his customers nor the workmanship that is performed on his job-sites.... Our project took two years to accomplish and was done at the mercy of all of us begging to complete it and just leave..... Nick is the type to literally hang up the phone as we are discussing issues with the project and at one point he even blocked a few of us... so we couldn't even get a hold of him... he literally said: I am blocking you from calling me! The horror we went thru with this company is one I do not wish upon anyone! Even one of his Hispanic co-workers told us, he left the company for eight months due to constant delayed payments and once he returned after the company pleading with him to work for them once again (hence the lack of good employees) he returned to the same residential project in Palatine that he left over eight months ago..... The irony! One of the project managers Greg {last name removed}- who in my opinion a young brat, who knows nothing of construction was on-site here and there, and all he did was smoke cigarettes and sit in front of the building on his cell phone.... It has been a little over a year since they left our building and I reached out due to extreme water flow thru my balcony door, that is damaging my hard wood flooring due to poor installation by Envision and well guess what... no answer... multiple emails and no answer.... The company does not stand behind their workmanship nor do they care! STAY AWAY!!!! You will be extremely disappointed... Below you will see some pictures (not all) of the horrible workmanship they perform, when asked to repair, was told it is not their responsibility, yet, they are the ones who performed the work! STAY AWAY!!!! NO GOOD!!!! WILL REGRET!!!!
