I selected Michael Walsh based on the many positive reviews. Michael was flexible (accommodating a change in the appraisal date at short notice). He was prompt and thorough and provided the final report in about a week. I had a couple of questions about the report and Michael was available to provide the clarification I needed.

I called citywide and despite a high workload he was able to work me in within a couple days. He arrived as scheduled, and got straight to work. On completion, he advised me of when he would have the appraisal report, I paid him, and the report was delivered as promised and done very well. Specifically he included images of the house and relevant nearby properties for cost comparison. He included the nearby properties on a map and had a wide array of metrics. Very detailed, and I highly recommend. I would absolutely use or recommend Citywide to anyone.

Excellent. Michael was very knowledgeable and all business in a good way. Although we chatted for a few minutes, he came in did his job and got out. I think he was here under one hour but completed what need to be done in that time frame. He had informed me at the time of service that we would have the report in a week's time and he was right on the money with his delivery. The report was complete and very detailed. We met at the properties on January 16, 2016 and the meeting went well. Michael is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He told me it would take a good week before I received the appraisals. It took a little longer than expected, and I needed to check in, but the reports arrived February 1 and they were thorough. I would use Citywide Services again in the future.

He took measurements, photos, answered my questions during the appointment, and 10 days later I received my appraisal in a PDF file, that I was able to immediately submit to the bank. Prompt. My appraiser, Michael Walsh came to the 2 flat on time and conducted a thorough evaluation for his report. He walked through the entire property taking notes and pictures. Afterwards, he promised to have the report done in 2 days. He completed the report as promised. I studied the appraisal and was satisfied with his analysis and comparables he used. He was on-time the date of the appointment, and was very professional and thorough, providing a detailed appraisal with six comparison properties. It went great! Mike is a super easy going professional. He came out to my home on short notice and was very thorough. I had a need for a quicker turnaround time(48 hours) and he delivered that ahead of schedule. I did pay a few dollars more for the faster turnaround but it was worth every penny.
