Description of Work: When I first spoke with Mike and asked how quickly could he perform my appraisal because of my looming tax appeal he got me on the schedule within 24hrs. My property taxes had gone up 100% for 2014 but yet the property appraised for 30% of my purchase price. It was difficult to find non-foreclosed properties for the appraisal but Mike found 2. Just got a letter back from the tax board with a 20% reduction in my tax bill. Now going to Springfield for another appeal. I highly recommend Mike and his team they do great work and are clearly customer focused. Thanks Mike I truly appreciate your company.

Description of Work: Mike arrived on time and went through the house top to bottom. I needed the deal appraisal to appeal a tax reassessment of the property, and for a small additional fee, he provided me with the appraisal tailored to the value of the property on the day of my father's death in preparation for sale of the house. I had a deadline coming up for the tax appeal, and Mike got everything done in good time. He knew exactly what I needed for each situation, and he was a pleasure to work with.

Description of Work: He is very professional and cordial. He went through every room , including the unfinished basement. He took pictures , measured the property including the garage. The report included all the info we needed to be able to sell the property. I would recommend this company to friends and family.
