Description of Work: Wally knows his stuff. They did good work. I would use them again.I had them do the siding on two buildings.

Description of Work: Remodeled the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Replaced drywalls on the first floors. Put in new bamboo floors, kitchen and bathroom floors. Painted the first and second floor walls. Professionally done. Looks great! I did have some problems with my bamboo floors and stairs. Some of the planks separated and the molding around the stairs unglued. The floors looked great until these problems occurred.

Description of Work: Chicagoland remodeling did an excellent job replacing our garage roof. They showed up on time, installed quality shingles, and removed all the debris. We were so pleased with their work that we had them do extensive additional work on the garage.

Description of Work: I needed to replace rotted siding from a 28 year old garage. Wally came out on the day and time requested for the estimate. His one man crew did a fantastic job and the garage has new vinyl siding. The fasica, soffit, and doors were also covered and are truly maintenance free.

Description of Work: Nothing with the exception of writing a detailed contract after a thorough inspection of the bathroom.

Description of Work: Remodeled bathroom. They pretty much gutted the bathroom and remodeled it, Wally is great guy. He fixed my slanted floor, put in new copper pipes and everything. However, my sink is leaking, so i wonder about the quality of his plumbers. I called him but nobody came to repair. The spacing on my tiles are not consistent, and makes me feel like i will have to regrout soon (it seems the spacing is larger than the recommended size for that particular grout), so it makes me skeptical of the quality of his tile guy.

Description of Work: They provided us with a quote for a complete bathroom gut and remodel. The company was great - very professional and personable. Unfortunately, the estimated price was out of our budget and we didn't use them. I would, however, highly recommend them for any job. Everything was spelled out, the response to the walk-through was fast and I was impressed by the professionalism displayed.

Description of Work: Removed carpet from our family room and installed hard wood flooring.

Description of Work: Chicago Removed the carpet from our family room and replaced it with hardwood flooring. They did a great job and the project took only 2 days. They removed all the furniture and the carpet and pad and installed floor and molding. Izabela is the main contact for day to day activity and she is very responsive and visited us before and after the project started to insure we understood what would happen and were happy with the results. We Are.

Description of Work: We needed new gutters and roof on our garage. I contacted several roofing companies and decided on Chicagoland Remodeling, Inc. in Elmwood Park, IL. to do the job. The estimator came out and looked at the garage and said he would email me an estimate the next day, which he did. He told me when they could come out to do the job and how long it would take to complete it. They were there on time on the day promised, the work done to our satisfaction and the whole area around the garage completely cleaned before they left. The estimator who came out and the workmen who did the job were all very friendly, polite and knowledge, as was the woman I talked to at their office. We would recommend them and would use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Called to get an estimate for a partial/full tear off. While they are bonded and insured they don't have a torch rider. A torch is necessary for repairing a flat roof. Upon further discussion the shared they have a sub-contractor who does flat roof repair for them (their listing says no subs) and they were going to check to see if he had the necessary coverage to do the job. Upon further discussion it came clear that they only work on 2 flat buildings not 3. No flat roofs nor three flat buildings, very limited offering for the downtown Chicago market.

Description of Work: My request was an unusual one. I accidentally broke my neighbors' door and they fixed it before giving me a chance to fix it and then sent me a bill. I decided to obtain my own estimates, which meant that whoever came out to assess the costs would not be getting a potential job out of the contact. I fully expected to pay for the estimate and the company's time. But Chicagoland Remodeling charged me nothing. The man was very nice, thorough, and professional. I received his estimate about 1 hour later. Wow!
