Description of Work: Alexie of Chicago Painting Specialist, is a great sales-person as well as a great painter+! First he refinished my 2 decks. The scope of work was above what the Angie's List price included. But the added costs were fair and the workmanship was excellent. |Then we asked if he could paint our rental apartment - which he quoted. Again the scope increased but the added costs were very fair. That was the $2300 cost. He and his staff did a great job, paying attention to the details. |I would recommend Alexie Ayala for any work he is capable of (which is many!) He will be painting our exterior trim in the spring.

Description of Work: He made me believe that I did not pay already and the job would be $500.00 excluding paint. When I discovered that $599.00 was already paid I called him and he became angry and told me he doesn't want to finish my job even though he already power washed my deck swing set and shed.it was extremely unpleasant!
