They were great. I bought it for my daughter. We had trouble connecting with them. When we got connected with them in June, they initially didn't want to honor the certificate because it expired. After some negotiation, they did. They did a great job and it turned out good. Once they honored the certificate, they were terrific.

Everything went excellent. The contractor showed up on time and got right to work. He was very precise and carefully looked over each sections of the walls to make sure he did not miss any areas.

Alexie is the man. High quality work and figured out the best way to repair my door without saving a lot of money. I've used him before and will continue to to use him in the future.

Work was performed as promised. Small drywall taping project. Existing joints in ceiling had cracked. They cleaned it up pretty well. Bought a 4-hour labor deal thru Angie's.

They told me what materials I needed to have there for them and they patched the hole. All went Very well.

The work was completed in a very prompt and professional way. Alexi was quick to call and get things scheduled. He was very upfront about what any additional costs might be. I was extremely satisfied.

It was awesome. If you call he always returns the calls quickly.. He is true to his word which I really appreciated. He really follows through. He was wonderful.

I received a fairly prompt message from Mr. Ayala after purchasing the deal and gladly worked out an appointment that corresponded with a date and time when one of his company's employees would be in the area. The worker arrived exactly on time. Our deal was for 3 hours and the time spent exceeded that allotment. As the worker departed, I mentioned that I'd reach out to Mr. Ayala to schedule a return date and a price for the additional work. No request for payment was made. Approximately an hour later, I sent Mr. Ayala an e-mail inquiring about when his worker could return to sand and apply a skim coat. I also mentioned that my wife was a little miffed about the wet drywall compound we found on my son's couch and carpeting. The following morning, I received a scathing message from Mr. Ayala acknowledging that his employee had left without fully cleaning up since our 3 hours had elapsed. I was also chastised for asking the worker to pick up a 4' x 4' piece of drywall at a local Ace. While the company's deal specifies that drywall isn't included, I had no idea whether a sheet would be required or, for that matter, the thickness to obtain. For the record, I paid for the drywall before the worker drove the 1-1/2 blocks to the Ace. Mr. Ayala message advised of his unwillingness to send the worker back to finish the job. In response, I asked for the company's address so I could mail a check for the additional 20-minutes expended on our project. As for the quality of the work, it's little tough to assess since the project isn't complete. I will confess, however, that I'm a little concerned that even after sanding and application of a skim coat, I'll still be able to discern the area that was repaired. In conclusion, I would suggest that folks steer clear of Chicago Painting Specialists - - or at least the company's 3-hour deal. I suspect the modest price assessed may influence professionalism.

The quality of work was very good. Not only was the main area repaired but he had time to repair several other smaller areas

Went well. I noticed the wood was changing colors about 3 months later and Alexie came out immediately to discuss with me the possibilities on why it would change. We never had this issue prior to him staining so I'm still not clear on why this happened but maybe another professional can way in on their opinion. Alexie feels this is dirt from the roof falling down. Otherwise, he addressed immediately which is why I hired him for our interior painting job recently. As for his comments he has trouble accepting and acknowledging his staffs poor performance and fails at standing behind the quality of his job and lacks professionalism. I've attached pictures of stain job and interior painting. Again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt when I hired him again as there are plenty of other painters in my area and unfortunately I paid the price. I've also attached pictures from my review for 2/16/17 of interior painting as I was not given this option on the mobile app for my previous review.

They were an excellent company to work with! I had 2 prior estimates for the ceiling that I really wasn't happy with. They included a lot of complaints about how miserable a job it is, or suggested work a rounds for removal. Alexi seemed the most competent and gave a fair bid. He noted that the ceiling was textured plaster, not sprayed texture and should be hand sanded and re-plastered. I'm so glad I went with him and his team. They arrived on time, worked quickly and were surprisingly clean. They It was a tough gritty job, but the smooth plaster ceiling is lush and beautiful. So much nicer than drywall. They also moved some electrical, repaired drywall on one wall, and painted 2 rooms and a hall. Everything looks great.

Alexie and Hector tackled some very well worn rooms, patched everything and made some awesome suggestions that look beautiful in our new living room and dining room. This team takes the time to do it right. We will have them back for the next project.

The service went fine. They charged me more than the $799 Big Deal cost because it is two story so they charge me like $200 more.

Alexie was very quick when we reached out. He came over and gave us a very honest quote for the work. He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule and did fantastic work for us. He went above and beyond what was needed and the rooms that he painted are absolutely flawless. I would recommend him again without question and want him to fix everything in our apartment!

Very impressed by their painting job. I received an estimate the day I called and the job was completed the following week. They painted the main living areas and stairwells in a 4 story townhouse. They were on time, professional, and kept a clean work area. They also helped with paint recommendations. Would definitely hire them again.
