 + -1 moreHe was excellent. He was really good. The city of Chicago had routed some pipes into the street and it ended up backing up all kinds of debris into our pipes in the building. It affected the kitchen sink and they sent a city engineer to try to fix it but they did a terrible job with my washing machine was all messed up so Aiello cleared out the lines and repaired a few parts and fixed it all up. It's working now so it was great.
Description of Work: I used Aiello Plumbing to repair my washing machine.

 + 3 moreAiello Plumbing identified the problem immediately, the initial contractor who built the home did not have the cement floor of the steam shower (4' x 7') laid correctly with a slanted floor towards the drain and did not use a "good" liner between the tiles for both the floor and the lower part of the shower walls. The water and steam spout leaked into the dry wall and water was speading into the dry wall and ceiling below, due to the poor workmanship of my homebuilders' plumbing sub-contractor. WIsh they used MIke at Aiello Plumbing during the initial construction phase! Luckily I was reimbursed. I had two plumbing companies, along with Aiello Plumbing come out to assess the problem and Aiello Plumbing was the one I felt most confortable with.out of all three. The other two were like; "it might be this or that and I will have to start working on it to scope out the problem causing this and start work then give you an estimate. Mike (Aiello Plumbing) just poked a few holes into thee walls and did something with testing the pitch of the floor and quickly identified the work needed to fix it properly....been perfect since and I steam shower each and every morning and night. Will definitely use Aiello Plumbing again and recommend everyone in this greater Chicago area to check them out before going with just any plumbing company. MIke is a very trust worthy and a great guy who at no time made me feel like I was getting hosed!!! Got the job done and done effectively in a short amount of time. 2 to 3 days tops...came back to my house to follow up to ensure everything ws working properly the nest week. Now that is good service!!!
Description of Work: fixed my new homes Dual headed Steam Shower bcuz it was leakin into the ceiling of my home office/den below the bathroom. Aiello Plumbing owner (Mike Aiello - nive guy whom I trust now) came to the house 5 minutes early to the time we scheduled, and immediately identified the problem(s) and was very candid about what my options were to repair it, with quaranteed detailed price for each piece of the project so this would never happen again. They tore up two feet of of tile walls and removed the wanter damaged/soaked/crumbling drywall as well as the tile floor, cement floor and drain spount. Mike Aiello and one other guyv rebuilt the steam shower cement floor, rebuilt the drain connection with the proper sealant(?) which was the main cause of the leak, and then retiled the shower perfectly and in line with the time and pinitial proposed price, no suprises for upcharges or "oops" I had to do this extra work and add on the additional costs. This was first for me with working with contractors doing what they said they do and on time! also routed the drain to clean it out as well at no extra charge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AIELLO PLUMBING!!!
