+ -1 moreVERY THOROUGH. GAVE A DETAILED COMPUTER PRINT-OUT OF HIS REPORT TO US ON THE SPOT (AT THE END OF OUR TIME TOGETHER). DETAILED. TOOK VERY CLEAR PHOTOS OF THE ENTIRE ROOF WHILE HE WAS UP THERE SO WE COULD VIEW THE ROOF ON HIS LAPTOP FOR OURSELVES. HE SPENT 3-4 HOURS WITH US COMBING OVER THE ENTIRE HOUSE. OUR ONLY CRITICISM IS THAT HE WAS VERBOSE AND SO IT TOOK A LONG TIME FOR HIM TO SAY SOMETHING THAT HE COULD HAVE EXPLAINED IN ABOUT ONE SENTENCE - A BIT PAINFUL FOR US AT TIMES. BUT WE WOULD HIRE HIM AGAIN REGARDLESS AS HE DID A GREAT, THOROUGH JOB.
